第一天抵達時已經是晚上12點，氣溫-9度，飯店樓下大門上鎖（後來知道過晚上22:00為維護住宿安全，大門會上鎖）需要密碼，對於尚未辦理入住的住客，飯店在住宿確認訊息時有詢問抵達時間，但卻未主動告知有此門禁，未提供密碼或其他抵達時可以聯絡的方式，後來，是求助於飯店對面的店家協助致電飯店才取得密碼，順利入住。 除了一開始無法順利進入飯店外，入住後飯店環境乾淨整潔，惟沙發椅建議可以更換，坐下去會有塌陷凹下去情形，不是很舒適。 不過，整體住宿環境是滿意的。

我們住的是6人房間，淋浴設施非常差，洗澡時，水會流出外面，令全個洗手間都浸滿水，另外只有洗手間有鏡，人多很不方便。 工作人員服務態度良好，很親切，交通很方便，附近食肆和購物的地方很多，很多食肆也開得很晚， cu 和 7-eleven 就在附近，cu 裡面有wowpass的機，換錢很方便。

繁華街なので周囲が騒がしいとかは他の口コミの通り。（気になる方は閑静なところが良いと思います）それらを差し引いても、立地の良さ、洗濯機などの設備の充実度や部屋の広さ、スタッフの気遣いや対応の良さなど、家族共々大満足です！また韓国に訪れることがあれば、こちらを予約したいと思いました。

This was a great place if you have 4 or more people traveling together. It is spacious and has everything you need. However, you are in the heart of a busy area and the music is pumping all day and all night long. The good part is that you cannot hear it in the room where you sleep but can hear it in the living area all day long. It is easy to get wherever you need to go to and has good food nearby. Overall it was a great stay. Also the AC works so well which is a huge plus in the summer heat!
