Hotel Alda Tricastela enjoys an excellent location at the end of the small village of Tricastela, right where the Camino de Santiago de Compostela splits between the Samos and San Xil paths. The room was small but very well and efficiently designed, so that enough comfortable space was available for the guests and luggages; the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small as well and we had some minor issues with cleanness, moreover the shower was leaking. Service was very friendly and efficient, even though the reception is open only until 4 pm and after only automated check-in is available. The hotel does not have a restaurant but serves an excellent buffet breakfast. Highly recommended, without the bathroom issues it would have been a full 5-star ranking!
