All around excellent stay. Check in could not have been a better experience. Rome is immaculately clean. Decor is very simple but comfortable. Also functional. Plenty of electrical plugs. Good Wi-Fi. Nice lounge area in the hotel common space. Great location, fewer than 10 minutes from the city center on foot. Hotel is quiet yet not too quiet.

Furniture in the hotel were very cheaply made. Everyone you touched anything it was pull out or come apart. Ants were in the room and hallway. Not where it was a huge concern but kept seeing them in the room on the floor and desk and outside the door. Stayed for a night and cheaper option last minute.

Extremely noisy, couldn’t sleep all night. The faucet was broken and the water was leaking. The duvet cover seemed dirty and I noticed little white bugs in the room. While I didn’t have high expectations for such an affordable place, still basic cleanliness is a requirement!
The front desk lady was nice, but everything else was horrible. Done waste your money.

I think the plumbing needs some maintenance - we had to ensure bathroom kept closed at all times because the smell from it was so bad! Otherwise, a reasonably comfortable stay and accommodating staff.
