In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly.

Hôtel très bruyant, mais en fermant la fenêtre, le bruit est moindre. Pas possible de jouer au ping pong ou au billard (tables endommagées ou hors service), jeux d'arcade hors service également. Nettoyage des chambres : les lits sont faits, mais le sol et la salle de bains ne sont pas lavés tous les jours. Les activités du soir se limitent à des chanteurs; un soir, il y avait des accrobates. Les buffets sont variés et bons. Les piscines de la thalasso sont payantes à part et ne valent pas le prix. De plus, plusieurs installations ne fonctionnaient pas (lit à bulles, buses de massage). Piscines avec le fond à 1,5m ou 1,7. On touche juste la pointe des pieds. Dommage pour les personnes qui ne nagent pas très bien. Eau de mer Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel, même si le personnel, à 99% était très sympathique.

Great hotel, nice room with all of the essentials. The facilities are great, pool not overcrowded and communal areas kept clean and nice. The staff is amazing, special shout out to Rita Suares in the restaurant, she was the kindest. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of the 5, the food is decent, but not amazing. I love Spain and Spanish food, which I felt was lacking. Overall i would recommend

Great place to stay, a really nice hotel. The spa massages were a little disappointing - especially given the price but overall it was a great stay. Food options at the snack bar for during the day and late at night were a little limited

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la plage. Il est très bien équipé, les piscines sont salées, c'est très agréable. La restauration est moyenne mais il y a beaucoup de choix. La propreté de la chambre est moyenne malgré que les chambres soient récentes et bien équipées (trace sur les murs, traces sur les draps, joints de douche crasseux...) Il y a un parking gratuit devant l'hôtel ce qui est pratique. Globalement l'hôtel est très bien. Je le recommande.
