Nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena, teníamos reservada habitación doble con cama auxiliar para niña 9 años y nos dieron una familiar que es más completa. La comida de la cena muy buena y las medidas de higiene, gel, mascarillas todo bien. Todo el personal muy atento y amables.

Tolles Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Die Betten sind hervorragend, vorallem für spanische Verhältnisse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, uns wurde direkt bei Ankunft der Ort erklärkt und ausreichend Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. An Abreise Tag (5:00 morgens) hat man uns sogar ein kleines Frühstück bereit gestellt. Reibungslose und schnelle Abwicklung. Top Lage. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig besser sein aber auch hier gibt es keine großen Mängel.

Der Hotelmanager war superfreundlich. Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Das Appartement war nicht richtig sauber. Nach Reklamation wurde alle gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne große Zimmer. Leider morgens wegen der Straße laut. Beim Frühstück fehlte uns frisches Obst, gutes Müsli und frischer Joghurt Das Restaurant war wie eine Kantine. Laut und ungemütlich. Aber die Preise für Frühstück und Abendessen mehr als fair. Aber nicht unser Ding. Der Po schön groß und sauber. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt, da wenig Sonne.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits horribles dans cet hôtel ou le bruits des fêtards nous a empêcher de dormir. Le personnel (pas tous) est de très mauvaise foi. On est accueilli en parlant très bien le français mais la personne ne comprend plus la langue dès qu'on se plaint. Du foutage de gueule à l'état pur. De plus il n'y a pas de climatisation et les serviettes n'essuient pas. A fuir ....

El hotel está muy bien situado: tanto como para ir a la playa andando como para salir de tiendas y llegar hasta el centro y el puerto, donde se pueden encontrar multitud de restaurantes y locales para tomar algo. Fácil aparcamiento también. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y recientemente reformadas. El bufet del desayuno y la cena son típicos de hoteles de estas características. La mejor valoración, la tienen los empleados: desde los recepcionistas, los camareros y las señoras de la limpieza: un 10 para todos ellos/ellas.

Hotellet är ett typiskt 3 stjärningt hotell, varken mer eller mindre. Dock är deras Hotel Manager Ralph helt suveränt service minded! Han får 5 stjärnor! Han känner igen gästerna, vet om något har hänt när han ej varit tillänglig. T.ex så tog pizzan slut tidigt den ena kvällen & det fanns ingen mer. Dagen efter kom han & bad om ursäkt för att det inte funnits till oss. Hotellet erbjöd dusch,handduk & tvål/schampoo på vår avresedag utan kostnad. Vilket var skönt då vi legat kvar vid poolen på dagen innan avresa sent på kvällen. Fick först ett rum i annexet som kändes lite trist men det var inga problem att få byta till ett rum i huvudbyggnaden. I september så var det centrala läget inget problem men jag kan tänka mig att ljudnivån är annorlunda i högsäsong.
