Localização excelente, central e com bom comércio próximo. Em frente a estação de metrô Sol. Equipe gentil e eficiente, destaque pea Melissa que nos atendeu mais diretamente. Quartos bem cuidados e com um conforto básico bem adequado. Frigobar. Adorei o hostal. Recomendo.

Gostamos muito da nossa experiência no Hostal Madrid, mas na primeira noite não dormimos nada!
Fomos colocadas num quarto virado para a rua e não tinha qualquer isolamento acústico nas janelas, foi muito stressante.
Contudo no dia a seguir pedimos para mudarmos de quarto e no quarto interior já podemos dormir tranquilamente.
As camas são confortáveis, tudo estava limpo, o pessoal é simpático e prestável e o hostel está super bem localizado, podemos fazer tudo a caminhar.

Gigi the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.. we had a wonderful time and the cost of it been very affordable .. clean quick in and out.. transportation: metro taxis uber around the corner, not to count all you want to eat with a few steps left and right
