Hotel Alfonso

very good location, many restaurant nearby. Hotel has no parking but can park in the public parking which few mins walk to hotel. Hotel has deal with the parking we only need to pay €17 a day to the hotel. We live at 11F suite room 1105 , the room is big but many things broke, the bed room door handle broke, the toilet glass door not easy to close, some light cant turn on .....

El hotel con clase, limpio, el desayuno de me hace un poco caro, las instalaciones adecuadas aunque a la piscina de arriba necesita mantenimiento, 100% recomendable

The room was clean and well maintained. The AC was good. The temperature of the AC was digital and at night it bothered me when sleeping. I got a piece of scotch tape and covered it and the issue was solved.

Good location

We had a number of problems, initially allocated a 'left over room' which had damaged blinds and no screening from sun. Then moved to another room where TV was not working and wifi kept dropping making it unusable. Eventually moved to a third room which was ok. Housekeeping items were not regularly replenished, although cleaning was good. Staff were friendly, but could not help. One gentleman on nightshift was amazingly good, he was enthusiastic about hospitality and tourism and actually cared to greet guests and offer tourist info, map etc.This place would have been ok for a night or two at the most, the room switching ruined our 5 night stay. Pool downstairs was closed off, lift was broken for half of our stay. Rooftop pool and its view are both overrated in the advert. The lobby area is great. Breakfast was ok. In general, great location, but you could do much better elsewhere.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Reception staff were great (we were only there one night so didn’t have reason to contact other staff members). Room was a decent size, well equipped and comfortable. Could have done with tea and coffee facilities - I’m never going to use St*rbucks with with whom the hotel seems to have a shared entrance

We had a great stay at the hotel. Very clean staff very friendly, breakfast very diversified and excellent. Extremely well located within the area and close to tourist attractions

Ideal place to stay for exploring the historical part of Zaragosa. Close to all major sites. Many options for ding close to hotel. All restaurants we went to had gluten free options.

Very good hotel with superior service and really good breakfast.

Great area and hotel but a bit worse for the wear. Furnishings are a little worn.

The staff were very polite and sympathetic to my concerns, but overall it was difficult to justify spending 500$ for a second room when there were booking issues and when many of the utilities were nonfunctioning. Expedia indicated a bedroom could fit 3 so I booked this, but was told upon arrival that it meant 2 adults and a small child on a small sofa and I therefore had to book a second bedroom at full cost. The bedrooms weren't ready until 1-1.5 hours past check-in time (we arrived 1 hour before check-in to drop off bags), indoor pool was unexpectedly closed, one elevator (out of two for the whole building) was nonfunctioning due to a pool leak, the second bedroom was warm and smelled of mildew, all door hinges were unoiled and loud, water didn't drain well in showers, and the complementary breakfast that was provided as a result of sharing my concerns was unclean and minimal for what is regarded as a high-quality hotel. The staff, again, are very sweet and tried to fix the fixable issues as they came up, but I would not stay here again unless they reached out to discuss reconciliation.

Perfecto, esta super bien ubicado, 2puntos negativos: El parking: el hotel tiene un supuesto convenio con el parking de a lado pero nada, es un descuento de 1€ al dia, vaya precio especial! Total cuesta 23€ al dia.... La piscina: esta muy muy sucia, da asco. Salvo eso el hotel es moderno, cuartos amplios ubicacion perfecta

Hotel molto bello, camera spaziosa e molto comoda e pulita, a due passi dal centro. Buona anche la colazione. Tutto perfetto

Estuvimos una noche 09 al 10 de agosto y todo estaba muy bien la verdad, la piscina y las vistas un puntazo. Y además en pleno centro. Antonio y Blanca encantadores, también la camarera de piso. Y el restaurante japonés de al lado del hotel muy rico para cenar.
