Fiquei neste hotel na última diária antes do retorno ao Brasil. Estava em viagem pela Andaluzia e optei por me hospedar em Madrid para facilitar o deslocamento no dia da partida. A experiência foi muito boa. O hotel é satisfatório, com boa limpeza e conforto. O restaurante é bom, com preços justos — cheguei a jantar lá e fiquei bastante satisfeito. A localização é um grande diferencial, pois o hotel fica praticamente dentro da estação Chamartín, o que facilita muito o acesso aos trens e ao metrô. Classifico a estadia como muito boa

Hand held shower holder broken so it kept flying off & spraying entire bathroom with water. Didn’t find check-in person very friendly at all, maybe because I was foreign & spoke small amt of Spanish. The cleaning staff are very loud even late until afternoon when I arrived tired & jet lagged from travel. But it is excellent train station location.

Muy descuidado de los alrededores, aunque la obra no es su culpa complicaba mucho el acceso, la puerta giratoria no sirvió por un par de días, la máquina de café solo funcionó un par de días y unas cuantas horas. En las condiciones actuales, poco recomendable el hotel.

First one price said for extra person bed and then was charged double the amount. Staff not friendly, food for dinner pizza was ordered and tasted like cardboard, pastas were terrible . Unfortunately not a good experience.

My favorite thing was the breakfast! It was an amazing spread. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The only issue was my own misunderstanding of the location. I thought it was central, but it is not. It is right next to a train station and a Metro, so it's easy to get everywhere, but it's about 20 minutes from most central areas. It's also huge, so you don't have the personal experience of a boutique hotel. But it's clean and the breakfast is great!

駅に近くて移動が便利です。朝食も美味しく大満足でした。 お部屋にポット、スリッパがないのと、シャワーブースの壁が小さく水が飛んでしまうのが残念でしたが2泊でしたので全く問題なく良い滞在ができました。
