The hotel near Atocha train station. Line 1 metro station Estacion del Arte entrance near the hotel gate, but no lift, only one minute on foot The hotel with lift, good for traveller with heavy luggage. Room is small but clean

While the hotel itself is not bad and its location is a clear advantage, the service from the staff, especially at the front desk, was a major disappointment. They were rude and unfriendly, and at one point even said, "You shouldn't expect service from a two-star hotel. If you want service, go to a five-star hotel." Such a response is unacceptable. Regardless of a hotel's star rating, the level of service might differ, but friendliness and basic courtesy should always be a given.I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There are many other options nearby that offer a much more pleasant experience, whether they are also two-star hotels or even more affordable. If you want your trip to be enjoyable and filled with good vibes, look elsewhere.

房間乾淨整潔，還有小冰箱，可以冷藏生鮮食物，非常適合自助旅行的人

阿托查車站走出來就到了，很方便

地點很方便，環境乾淨，因為廁所沒有提供任何盥洗用品，所以要自行準備

Temiz ve geniş bir oda, çok iyi bir tuvalet/banyo, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanlar.

Neat and clean. No AC needed at this time of travel season in Dec. the room was overheated. I had to open the door to bring fresh air to balance but it was good. Convenient to different places within walking distance. One thing i disliked their breakfast options so i ate somewhere else locally with more choices!!!!

Hotel com excelente localização e custo beneficio

El personal fue amable, el hotel está en una ubicación perfecta y segura, muy cerca del parque del retiro y frente a la estación. Un poco antigua la habitación pero todo súper limpio y en perfectas condiciones, la cama fue muy cómoda !

Good hotel, centrally located, staff was great, especial thanks to Mario. Breakfast is good. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Prices are decent. We will go again.

Aunque era diciembre y con mucho frío en Madrid, en la habitación había mucho calor debido a la calefacción. Ésta no se podía apagar o regular por lo que, mi mujer y yo optamos por abrir las ventanas incluso de noche.

La habitación estaba impecable y el personal del hotel ha sido muy amable, siempre al pendiente de las preguntas y pedidos de los huéspedes
