Las camas son muy cómodas, nosotros estuvimos en dos camas individuales y eran muy anchas. Para comer hay posibilidad de desayuno, comida y cena. Los menús son normales, aunque la comida está rica. Lo único que no nos gustó nada fue el café del desayuno.

The suite was bright and spacious, and the hotel's front desk staff were very helpful. The duplex suite offered plenty of space — it could easily accommodate a kitchenette or similar feature, which might enhance guests’ comfort. The air conditioning on the upper floor wasn’t working during my stay, and the unit on the lower floor overflowed daily, so addressing this would make a big difference. I also didn’t notice any visible recycling facilities, which could be a great addition for environmentally conscious guests.

The room provided was nothing like the description or pictures on the Expedia website. Double/Twin rooms are NOT soundproof, do NOT have a mini bar (they have an empty fridge), do NOT have a separate sitting area and you CANNOT nominate your preferred bedding configuration.

Nuestra estancia ha sido bien únicamente para dormir. He de decir que he estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas algo mejores. Tendrá los requisitos mínimos para 4 estrellas pero no lo es. .- Secador de pelo. Muy muy flojo .- Solo hay gel en el baño. Habitualmente encuentras los surtidores de gel, champú y acondicionador. Aquí solo gel. .- El SPA muy muy deficiente. Las duchas están todas juntas por lo que si estás en una y utilizan la de al lado, te molesta mucho. Si estás enfrente en el asiento de burbujas, no estás a gusto porque al estar sentada, te salpican mucho las duchas. El jacuzzi no es tal. Hay unos chorros en la pared de dos trozos de piscina que son flojísimos. Las duchas de aerosoles, algunas no iban. El haman casi sin vapor. DESAYUNO. Muy flojo, flojísimo. Si vas a las 7 a desayunar. no hay de todo, dicen que lo sacan a las 8. El cacao en un bote a granel. No sabs qé marca stás tomando. Desde luego colacao no es. El zumo de naranja es de bote. En fin una serie de detalles que a nuestro juicio no está para 4 estrellas. Y más detalles que no cuento porque parecerá que es mentira.

En los tres días que he estado alojada la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear ya que el mismo papel y la mismas pelusas que se encontraban en el suelo nos las dejamos el tercer de día Mucho polvo y el wc muy sucio.

Las camas son muy cómodas, nosotros estuvimos en dos camas individuales y eran muy anchas. Para comer hay posibilidad de desayuno, comida y cena. Los menús son normales, aunque la comida está rica. Lo único que no nos gustó nada fue el café del desayuno.
