Desayuno byeno

I am typing this at 6am in the pitch dark. The electricity went off at 5.15 am. NO EMERGENCY LIGHTING. If we had not had mobile phones it would have been terribly frightening. There was a bang as if something had fallen over & the aircon went on & when we tried the lights they were off too. It was pitch dark - anyone staying alone without a smart phone would have been very worried. Half of the hotel had working electricity but there were no hot drinks for breakfast. No contingency plans & no apologies. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Olía peste nada mas entrar , el baño estaba sucio . La cama incómoda daba asco hasta tumbarse . El agua tenía mucha potencia . Van a la habitación a “recordarte “ que tienes que pagar cuando es algo obvio . En fin no lo recomiendo

Gostei muito. Ótima localização, limpeza excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Voltarei.

Slitna rum men prisvärt, rent och bra läge, hotell kostar mer i Jerez än övriga Spanien är känslan. Plus att frukost ingår och den var helt ok utifrån det. Dock svarar hotellet med samma standardsvar på alla recensioner såg vi innan vilket känns oproffsigt.

Falta presión en la ducha, pero que mucha mucha

Good hotel

Hotel sencillo, bien situado en zona céntrica de Jerez. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación asignada y nos cambiaron a otra. El personal de recepción muy atento. El desayuno que ofrecen está bien.

Hotel antigo e com cheiro de esgoto, acredito que seja um problema de esgoto.

La habitacion no esta mal , el baño tiene unas humedades terribles en el techo, tamvbien hay mosquitos, y algunos pelos me encntre cuando abri la cama

Habitación con vistas al ojo patio con malos olores poca limpieza tanto en la habitación como en el cuarto de baño (bañera con moho negro en las esquinas). El personal de recepción amable. El desayuno normal. El hotel catalogado con tres estrellas, pero no se merece tener ninguna. Supongo que las habitaciones que dan a la calle se corresponden a la categoría del hotel pero el resto NO. El café horrible.

ITS NOT WHAT IS SHOWN IN PICTURES. When we arrived it smelled HORRIBLE and were sent to a sort of rooftop?! Very bad looking with cracks on the walls and a nasty yellow seat… almost turned black because of humidity and mold. After that- the room looked like a prison. Smelled horrible, the bathroom was broken in some areas. The door cracked. We told the lobby staff and they said there’s nothing they cant do. After that, the manager sent us to a room “not available for the public” and was like the pictures in expedia but smelled nasty and had a balcony with cement bags all over there. Not only that… is in the 5th floor so we had to go to the next floor with all the bags in hand. We left the hotel a day earlier cause we couldn’t sleep because of the noise and itchy bed sheets. Just… dont book here!!!

Pués la verdad que la ubicación excelente. Pero el hotel está anticuado. La limpieza no es buena, aunque pasable. La manguera de la ducha casi no llegaba para poder colgarla. El desayuno escaso y poco variado para ser bufé, no nos gustó. Como solo estuvimos una noche, pués pasable. Para más no lo recomiendo. Lo único bueno como he dicho, su ubicación, en pleno centro.

Secado ni funciona la habitacion no era la misma

I was in a very basic room with old furnishings. Bath / shower need to be renovated.

Muy buena ubicación, bastante cómodo y buen servicio

Very quaint small town off the beaten track. Close to Trujillo, Carceras and Monfrague park.

It’s very central location and easy to access restaurants and bars. The Hotel has very powerful showers, however the inside hotel need to be modernised, refurbished and have to be up to date everything.
