Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.

Ein Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick durch ein grosses bodentiefes Fenster, das andere ein kleines Fenster mit fürchterlichen Ausblick ins Hinterland, die alte Dame von der Zummerreinigung hat geklaut (der Abteilungsleiter und Hotelchef wurde informiert: Hintergrund war der Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer, zunächst wurde der erste Schwung Gepäck ins neue Zimmer gebracht, als ich zurück kam, waren Hundebett, Hundekorb, unbebutzte eigene Wasserflaschen und Hundefutter bereits aus dem Zimmrr geräunt, die Dame hatte die Getränke schon in ihren eigenen Reinigungswagen gepackt), eine Entschuldigung gab es vom Hotel nicht. Wie man sich als haustierfreundlich bezeichnen kann, wenn man für einen Kurzhaardackel 50€ pro Tag (nicht pro Aufenthalt) bezahlen muss, versteht man nicht. Die verschimmelten Duschfugen (wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen) müssen mal wieder erneuert werden. Peinlich für so ein Hotel mit Sternen. Und das Rezeptionspersonal, insbesondere der Javier muss Freundlichkeit noch erklärt bekommen. Kein guten Tag, kein „wünsche einen schönen Aufenthalt“, kein „herzliche Willkommen“. In einem Business Hotel mit internationalem Publikum hat am Empfang Personal ohne gute Englischkenntnisse nichts zu suchen. Auch beim Auschecken keine Freundlichkeit, kein „ich hoffe es hat Ihnen gefallen oder auch kein „gute Weiterreise“. Das Personal am Empfang, meist waren es Männer, sind unfreundlich, ungebildet und wenig service orientiert. Das einzig tolle war die hoteleigene Tiefgarage

Fint hotel udenfor byen, men tæt på metro. Tæt på motorvej, og nemt at parkere. Hotellet virker dog lidt slidt med tykke gulvtæpper, og indeklimaet kunne være bedre. Fin morgenbuffet med stort udvalg.

The only team that really shines at this property is the staff at the cocktail bar at the lower level. They were great! We were there for 3 nights, the room had a separate sitting area. But the couch in that room was barely usable as it is a sofa bed; it sat horribly. (I hope it works better as a sofa bed as we didn't use it). Breakfast here was horrible. Probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever been to. Coffee there was bad, they gave us tongs to use to serve ourselves fried eggs. 😂😂 Chunks of eggs in the tray everywhere!! Another eco-hotel, which means the AC doesn't really work in the rooms. The whole three days when you're out, you pray the cleaners leave the blinds closed or your room will be hot!

Beautiful Hotel with access to dining options in the area

Room was clean QR codes for everything were a bit confusing . The view from our room was amazing although we were on a high floor . We got vouchers for drinks but you can only use them in the basement bar that was a bit dark and dingy. Breakfast buffet was different I’ve never seen what looked like the night before leftover vegetables and cauliflower for breakfast but other than those there was a large selection of cereals pastries yoghurts eggs etc

Das Hotel ist sehr luxuriös, das Personal äußerst professionell und immer freundlich. Der Zimmerservice war top – die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das wirklich gründlich. Der Pool war für meinen Geschmack etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war qualitativ gut, allerdings jeden Tag gleich, wodurch es ab dem dritten Tag etwas eintönig wurde. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Hotel, das ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Lovely location, staff were very helpful, overal clean and excellent rooms and decor. Then only downside i would say is the breakfast was very average, items were cold and not properly cooked also the hot beverages were not good at all.
