酒店位置很好很近購物大道，食肆樓下週邊就有，非常方便。 酒店設施一般，房間空間很寬躺和擁有廚房和洗衣機，只是他們不提供每日執房服務，如有需要，酒店可以提供但每次需要收取15歐羅。同時毛巾方面，酒店會在首日把所租天數的毛巾全部給你，酒店不會每日幫你更換。 另外所提供的毛巾數量也不是每天一套，例如我住了三個晩上，酒店只提供兩套給我，我特意向前枱查詢此事，他們的答覆是我們酒店不會為客人提供每日一套毛巾的，我本人覺得我付的是四星酒店價錢但卻住了Airbnb! 如果按這種服務質素，我可以有其他更好的選擇！更重要的是我在Expedia訂房時，網站內並沒有特別聲明此等服務，我是check-in才知道！這是一家性價比不高的酒店！

Good location of the apartment and it is located in the middle of the busiest street in Madrid. There are so many lovely restaurants nearby. Close to main attractions as well. The apartment is very big, full equip in the kitchen and washing machine. There is a nice and little pool on the roof top which is quite amazing. You can have a nice sun bath up there. Just need to be noticed to prepare your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo as well.

The most convenient location in madrid. You may walk to the those popular sightseeing place or food market. Not noisy ,but there is a little different of the room from the pic they showed. There is not mat and on the living room. But it's still very nice and big!! I miss the room a lot !

Very convenient. Just in front of metro station and close to most place of interest and shopping. Large size apartment. Friendly staff. Will consider again next time.

The apartment has walkable accessibility to major atttactractions of Madrid. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable.

四个人选了最多可住6个人的两间房，房价很大，还有阳台，出门就是地铁站又是商业区，比预期和一般四星级酒店要好很多。强烈推荐适合全家人出行

方便，酒店有停車場。在最旺的地區。

地理位置非常棒，居住面积超大露台景观漂亮，

和家人住的是公寓，房间宽敞，设计舒适，性价比非常高。餐具齐全，可以做简单饭菜。地点非常好，离皇宫，博物馆都很近，走路20分钟内基本可以到达主要景点。唯一不好的是入住时间要在下午三点之后。到达的早的话会非常不方便。

It's a great apartment hotel. The room is huge compared to rooms in a hotel. Very modern design and very clean/tidy. There is no daily housekeeping but the apartment we stayed in is for 4 persons, so everything comes in 4, towels, glasses, coffee pods, bath gel, etc. We are only two, so we don't have any problems even when there is no daily housekeeping. It's very centrally located. Callao subway station right in front on Gran Via, which is probably one of the busiest streets in Madrid, full of people even at 11pm at night. All the shops are within walking distance. (e.g. Primark is 2 streets away. Prado museum is perhaps 15 minutes' walk) Yet, the room is very well insulated, facing a side street. Which means there isn't much of a view if you are on lower floors. (We were on the 6th) Even without daily housekeeping, there is still a 24-hour concierge and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They gladly provide advice and help us print train tickets etc. Wifi is reasonably fast. The only slight problem we have is with the shower, the base of which is very shallow, causing water to spill over quite easily onto the bathroom floor. I was thinking about asking the staff for a mop but surprisingly I actually found one right in the storage, so maybe the leaking is actually a well-known problem. :-) All in all, we think it's definitely a great hotel and value-for-money if you can trade off daily housekeeping. We will definitely consider coming back.

Good location, large and clean 1 bed room with good view, roof and swimming pool closed on that day, not sure if it is raining or renovation. Highly recommend for short and long stay to couple, family...washer, cooking stuffs are well set in the apt.

格蘭大道的中心地段，靠近太陽廣場，去市區觀光景點極方便。新穎的酒店公寓，不是每天有清潔，如果三人以上建議住二房公寓，舒適大氣。

1.其實初印象一如別人評論是漂亮的房間，但經營者不是當飯店經營而只是日租套房，所以喜歡賓至如歸是不可能。 2.這個飯店是漂亮有品味的樣品屋，拍照不錯，住起來並不好。床墊連塑膠套都沒撕開，完全不透氣。淋浴間的門不能密合，水會流到整個浴室。住進去洗衣機不能用，請工作人員來修，清掃人員都沒有檢查。 我會住上一次嚐鮮，但未必會有第二次。

It's an apartment and you do not received service :), anyway, when we request a scale, they said no, and so, I'm not able to weight my luggage weight before I go. In the morning we checkout, there are bunch of garbage bags blocking our room; the next room is in service and the worker drops them on the walk way. The location of the hotel is very good, in the centre of the city. parking fee is high(at the moment is 30euro a night, that's the high range for close by hotel) expect to have 10 mins for drop off or pick up your car from their auto park facility. We got a three bed room apt, the extra large living room is a plus if you got time hanging around looking at the street at night.

It's more like a service apartment than a hotel. No cleaning service. Spacious. Average customer service. Mattress is too soft.
