Alles war einfach perfekt: sehr sauber, hervorragend gepflegt und mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht, die den steilen Aufstieg mehr als wettmacht. Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Bei unserer früheren Abreise wurde uns sogar ein liebevoll vorbereitetes Lunchpaket inklusive angeboten – ein toller Service!
Wir waren zu viert unterwegs, inklusive meiner Schwiegereltern, die den kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellten Tuk-Tuk-Service für den Auf- und Abtransport genutzt haben. Für uns war der Weg zu Fuß ebenfalls problemlos machbar.
Die Aussicht ist den Aufwand auf jeden Fall wert. Frau Bauman und Prabath leisten großartige Arbeit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This is a really good option for Unawatuna. It is set above the road (quite busy) and is an oasis of well designed chalets and the main the building. The pool is fantastic. Breakfast is available and we were told by guests that it was very good. The staff are wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spotless. The tuk tuk is always available to get from the front gate - many steps and quite steep if you decide to walk it (I did!).
There are two large tortoises and two dogs on site.
Only two slight negatives for me - the barking of the dogs (not all the time!) and no hot water tap on the sink - a very good shower though.
There are many good restaurants within easy walking distance. We recommend The Bar and Black and White (both across the road and on the beach).

Rigtig dejligt hotel, men en fantastisk udsigt. Skøn pool.
Meget venlige ansatte.
Ikke velegnet til ældre og handicappede. Meget stejl op/ nedkørsel som er meget glat, når det har regnet. Man kan blive hentet i tuk tuk ved porten.
