Vistelsen var bra. Det enda jag har att påpeka var att det fanns någon klibbig fläck på golvet i rummet samt några fläckar på ett av lakanen. Annars fick jag ett positivt intryck från personalen och en god frukost. Extra plus att det kunde ordna med glutenfria pannkakor 😊

Originally it looked good by service and readiness to help extremely poor. The hotel appears modern and well-equipped at first glance, but our family stay was ruined by poor service, lack of solutions, and basic issues that should not happen in a hotel of this standard. I travel extensively (more than 20 hotels in last 12 months), and this was unfortunately one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Good Things: • Modern design and lobby area with some games • Spacious hotel with decent views Bad Things: • Booked a three-bed room but only two beds provided; repeated requests ignored (mail and verbal) • Staff promised a third bed already arranged when not there. Then provided a sub quality foldable bed. • Air conditioning noisy and blowing cold air, causing health issues; they only offered a small heater as a “solution” if you get cold easily or have air conditioning issue don’t stay here, you cannot turn it off. • Reception unresponsive by phone—called via hotel phone, no reply, called via mobile phone, no reply. So I had to physically go down to get help. Excuse they were busy with customers, when at night, no customer there and during an extended period. • Shower gel/shampoo ripped off wall and left on the floor (see picture) • Lobby tables left dirty with spilled drinks (unfortunately didn’t take picture). Unacceptable for a hotel of that standard • Breakfast poorly organized: dirty windows, no cutlery, self-service only, no staff attention.

Overall hotel was great and in good location. It was in September and temperatures were in the 70s. Apparently the hotel had turned the AC off in the rooms for the season, so the room was very warm.

Super Lage!!! Alles drumherum. Großes Hotel, beim Frühstück etwas hektisch.

Clarion hotel is an amazing hotel, with great dining options. This hotel is kid friendly with a spa that they can also go to.

OK hotel. Men syntes ikke standarden og prisen passer sammen.

La hall non è decisamente accogliente, le camere così come anche altre strutture necessitano di rinnovamento (pavimenti, soglie, mobili scheggiati e datati). Cosa che non ti aspetti con quelle stelle e prezzo. Colazione molto affollata e caotica. Sarebbe utile un servizio di lavanderia a gettoni.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, keine Schränke vorhanden. Und das Doppelbett konnte man nicht herumgehen, das war natürluch schwierig, wenn man nachts aufstehen wollte. Das Frühstück war gut, alles vorhanden. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist super, die U-Bahn Haltestelle gleich vor dem Hotel. Bis in die Stadt ca. 10 Minuten mit der Bahn.

Excellent Breakfast - list of options and great omelette station. Would book again just for the breakfast. Otherwise standard hotel. Rooms rather small and compact. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is just above the metro station and very convenient to reach the main tourist spots.

A nice and big hotel. The breakfast was very good. The room was a little old and some things were broken. But the staff was very nice.

Have stayed there three times now within 1 and half years due to the great service provided. Excellent work done by Mimi, Pontus and Louise who are the staff members there.

Big and nice hotel. Very convenient with the metro and the park and outdoor swimming area in the park. We upgraded to view of the city. I am glad we did that. The hotel is nice and organised. The only thing that did not really work, was the breakfast room: great variety of foods but cleaning the tables was not good.

Jättefint och fräscht hotell. Supertrevlig personal och bra läge. Trots tempot utanför var rummet tyst, jag hörde inte ens grannarna. Det finns verkligen inget negativt negativt att anmärka på.
