我們是搭南投客運, 在旅客中心站下車後步行6-7分鐘即到山莊. 車站對面就是天空步道的入口. 山莊提供了接駁的服務. 房間跟浴室都很乾淨, 也很寬敞. 還有漂亮的山景相伴! 下次去會多待幾天.

說仙境不為過，房間乾淨、沒灰塵、沒霉味、又舒適，山上較冷還有提供毛毯、電毯、很貼心的服務，浴缸也整理的很乾淨，稍微沖洗一下就好，讓人泡澡泡的很安心，窗外風景也好美，停車場夜晚就能看到滿滿的星空，讓人心情愉悅，早餐簡單，也應有盡有，感受得到業者的用心，大推，讓人很捨不得離開

房間整體乾淨整潔，服務人員親切，晚上十分寧靜，一些小細節如冰箱門方向不易使用、夜晚關燈室內亮著的燈號太多、浴室空曠乾濕分離卻沒有門分隔感到稍冷，但瑕不掩瑜仍值得推薦。

景色漂亮，難得在山區的房間這樣乾淨，但走路時地板會發出聲音，晚上的話會覺得有點嘈。床都有配置暖墊，十分貼心。天窗的確能看到星星，雖然有點兒髒。兩層住宿又有一個小露台感覺非常舒適。可惜的是廁所渠位有些臭味，早上沒事，晚上臭味較濃。民宿位置要走5-10分鐘才到大路，若果下雨又沒車的話會比較麻煩。但大路旁就是巴士站，又有些餐廳，再多走15分鐘就有便利店，位置不錯。民宿有提供往返某幾間指定餐廳的接送服務，對於沒有車的住客來說很好。

Wifi in room sometimes interrupted for half minute, and it occurs almost every 30 minutes.
The road leading to hotel is narrow & dangerous at night. Fortunately some restaurants could provide pick up service, and front desk staff very helpful to arrange.
Tea room building is very comfortable but hot water was not found. Anyway, it is under-utilized. But the room environment is superb.

從公交站至酒店有一段小距離，如果拖著大包小包走進去，可能有點辛苦。不過房間很大而且私密度很夠，也很整潔。
因為在郊區，所以蚊蟲的滋擾是不可避免的。酒店有提供紫外線滅蚊燈，如果可以選擇提供電蚊香可以更好。
