服务太好了，很满意。住店期间，7岁的儿子半夜2点突发急性中耳炎，疼得睡不着。酒店前台相当热心，在医生无法上门诊断的情况下，竟然叫来救护车，送我们去诊所就诊，救护车在急诊结束后还负责的把我们送回酒店，而且救护车出车也没有收取我们任何费用，实在是很脸红。我们带小朋友从小到大出门旅游无数次，第一次碰到这样的紧急情况，当时真的有点手足无措，能够得到酒店这样贴心的服务，太让人感动了，在此想谢谢酒店的员工，尤其是前台服务员。

酒店的位置非常好，离海边不远，步行过去也非常近，需要tutu车出门不远就有了//酒店出来沿路都是酒店区跟小饭馆，还不是闹区，往闹区走也很近//早餐选择很多，但是需要预定是就预先选择好//房间 我们选择的是泳池房，阳台出来 便是梯阶下泳池。泳池是公用的 长方形连在一起。房间内的设施很新也非常干净。总体来说非常舒服，但是泳池房对面便是餐厅，相对有些吵闹，关上落地窗就不影响了。如果避开旺季出行，酒店应该会更清净舒适！

离海滩不远 酒店规格很大，但感觉办事效率太慢，去海滩的路也不是很繁华，只有一些小餐馆和按摩店，泳池会有树叶，不是很干净所以没去游。整体一般般。

Nearby to restaurant, massage centre, convenient store, just 1min walking to the street.
5-10min to the main street or ao nang beach.
Nice staff at the front desk ! As we arrived at early morning by flight, they can arrange early check in at 10:00 am, its so great! !
Breakfast is fair, hot and variety not enough.
Bathroom is abit old, water seepage during take shower and abit stains of the bathtub .
Generally, it is good of the hotel and I will recommend to anyone who stay in krabi.

The hotel is quiet, some distance from the town. Not too near to the sea, may be walk for 10~15mins. However, we enjoy the quietness and we have a food rest here.
Good things, lots of food option near by. And walk for another 20 mins, you can find even more foods.
The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful.
Just a incident, after check out. We were charged for the mini-bar item that we did not used. I will say better to pay cash deposit when you check in to reduce the unpleasant experience after the holiday.
Anyway, enjoy the Sun, the Sand, the Sea.

The swimming pool is smaller than I expected. Room privacy is not good as the belconies are facing each other. I feel very uncomfortable when people look at me from theirs. Food is okay, many restaurants are close by. The beach is also near by. But for such a high price, I would choose those others near Ao Nang Beach. Anyway, Nappathalati Beach is better for swimming.

我們零晨到達酒店，我們要求提早登記入住，但他們說不能，我問他們有沒有room我們可以付費，他們說沒有，他們說10am可以給我們入住，到10am時候他們把room安排給其他客人,還說他們不知要先安排給我們，他們說早班同事沒跟他們說，那個外國的前台還用那些不友善的方式給我們說，前台有五個工作人員，沒有一個給我們解釋，到最後要找大堂經理，但那經理只是說她會了解，最後我們在大堂等了6小時才能入住

也許雨季的喀比時間很長，但洗衣袋及掛衛生紙的棉布袋發霉的如次嚴重也太恐怖了吧？房間的霉位也沒少過。
服務方面，大都態度良好而客氣。但飯店本身真的很有事，放在櫃上1.5Ml的（沒看過的品牌）保特瓶水ㄧ瓶竟然要150泰銖？在門口7-11買的雀巢1.5Ml的瓶裝水只要18泰銖！水竟然是獅牌啤酒的兩倍價？？如果瓶裝水要天價，麻煩把價目表放在水旁邊好嗎？另外～請飯店叫車到機場（約20分鐘車程）竟然開價要1400泰銖？我訂ㄧ晚含稅+2早的房價也才NT:1723(淡季）！後來我在路口攔計程車，對方開價才500泰銖欸！不囉嗦連價格都不殺，直接上車到機場。雖說知道喀比物價比曼谷貴，但飯店本身真的很不值得信賴,開這車價我都可以坐飛機飛回曼谷還有找咧！-_-#

到埗後並無我的預訂紀錄，給我的入住登記表是其他住客的資料，如passport 號碼，我要求他們核實清楚，他們要我在錯的form 照樣填寫，我預訂的是pool access with breakfast, 職員竟說沒早餐，更枉是pool access! 所有booking 也是錯資料，入到房，更怒，所謂的pool access 是角落非常淺水的嬰兒戲水池，為何我要花多無謂錢要我夫婦入住嬰兒戲水池？再者，這是一間非常嘈雜的酒店，人太多，早餐要等位，非常惡劣! 職員間溝通不善，承諾了可以遲一個小時check out , 另一位職員則打電話說我們沒有準時check out! 阻住另一位guest 入住，態度很差，非常差。
