The gym was nice because it was air conditioned. One of the two treadmills was inoperative for my 25-day stay, so I wish the had fixed it. The breakfast staff was friendly and professional. Housekeeping was above average. Overall, it was a nice hotel in a fairly decent location.

这家酒店作为假日酒店期下的 质量自然不会差 酒店非常新 应该刚开没多久 在google map街境看还是一个工地 管理也是非常的棒 把泰国人的好客做到了极致 不过房间湿度感觉有点高 床单被罩都感觉很不干爽 开空调也改善不了 另外的话房务员两天也没发现冲凉液用完了

I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Pattaya.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
But what truly made my stay memorable was Dokkaew, the young woman at the reception.
From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, smiling, and very professional. She did everything she could to let me check in much earlier than expected, which was a huge relief after a sleepless night and a long journey back from Japan.
Dokkaew has a natural charm, a radiant smile, and a genuine warmth that makes you immediately feel welcome. She's elegant, attentive, and someone truly special.
A few small downsides with the room: unfortunately, the windows can't be opened (air conditioning only), and the shower is quite small — the water tends to spread into the toilet area.
But overall, it was a great stay… especially thanks to Dokkaew.
