So helpful and accommodating. Spotlessly clean. Lovely heated pool. Great shower. Great location for beach and a beautiful temple to visit around the corner. Bed is rather firmer than expected.

We arrived into Phuket around 10PM. I knew it was after hours and I hoped we wouldn't have issues checking. They were amazing! They waited for us to arrive and even drove my husband over to 7 Eleven so that we could get some food. I'll treasure the small elephant key chains they gifted us at our departure.

A very quiet beach compared to Patong beach with its numerous jet skis, parasailing etc but also less dining options and nightlife of course.

The lady who runs the place, Gail I think, is very helpful. I arranged day trips before coming but we could have just waited until we got there and she would have helped us. She also helped us order food and taxis. It's a quiet area with a rustic vibe and lots of birds. You can walk to the beach and two stores. It was clean. The beds are quite firm in the Asian style, so not very soft for Westerners. Air conditioning and wifi was good.

Nice place in a very quiet area, and within reasonable walking distance to the beach. Most of all the friendly and super, super service minded staff gets my outmost and highest recommendation for helping out with support with any question and needs. They will go that extra mile to make sure your stay is good.

Comfortable room in a nice quiet location not too far from the beach. A few shops nearby (supercheap and 7 eleven) and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was good, could pretty much work every muscle and a good treadmill with some spinning bikes too. We were volunteering at Soi Dog which was a 15 minute walk away.

Purtroppo non ben connessa con l’aeroporto, nonostante vicina. Il mare vicino, Mai Khao beach non è balneabile: onde altissime, assenza di spiaggia, tanti, troppi rifiuti portati dal mare- questo almeno nel periodo di Agosto. Unica pro per la location è per le famiglie che vogliono visitare il water park.

Great place to take a breath after or before a long flight. Not far from the airport. Water park nearby. Large clean rooms, the hotel is just newly built. In the rooms everything is as usual, we had a room with a kitchen - everything you need is available. Very clean pool with salted water, shower and loungers near it. 300 meters to the beach, a little more in the other direction to the nearest restaurants. There's also a supermarket and Seven Eleven. A car or scooter is desirable, at the Soi Mai Khao 4 crossroad there is an excellent restaurant with authentic Thai food. Thank you to the hotel manager Gail.
