Stay here for 3 nights. Very quiet and near the beach. The pool villa is so great and so relaxing. The staff and service are good. You can rent the motorcycle here without passport deposit. Maybe the structure is not new but in general still good to stay.

Great resort hotel. Staff are friendly and always smile. I topped up to pool villa at the hotel at reasonable price. Regular shuttle bus to down town which is convenience. Closed to airport. Only one pool and one restaurant which could be improved. Water tap was disordered, but still in operation during my stay.

不是很愉快的入住經驗，房間燈光嚴重不足。WiFi 及電視沒有訊號。洗手盆一開就是高溫熱水，維持約一分鐘才轉溫水，卻沒有冷水。到了當地我都會把本國籍的幣值和一些證件放在小包並留在房間裏，退房準備回國後發現有現金不見。一到令人懷疑貴酒店的安全問題，因為想起我住的別墅與另一間別墅竟有一扇門可以相通，而且房卡也時不時會失靈。其餘，值得稱讚是工作人員有禮會打招呼，吃早餐、泳池海灘及spa的環境非常優質。

The property was convenience to everywhere. The facilities were good and user friendly. The management team was open-minded in accepting guests' opinion. However, there were many minor errors arising from the carelessness and laziness of the staff. The worst point was that the driver was late for at least 30 min in picking up in the airport. We were so lucky in getting the helping hand from the staff of another hotel to make a phone call to the property to urge the driver to pick up us in airport.

所有都很好。私人泳池乾淨。房間整齊。每天也有人打掃。不明白為何有些評價說沒有人打掃。我是來蜜月的。預先電郵了酒店，酒店職員說會為我們準備歡迎飲品和蜜月裝飾。但結果是什麼也沒有，有點失望! 除了這點外。其他也不錯。住了3晚。住得很舒適。浴缸也很大。如果有按摩工能更好。設施上如果提供私人洗衣機在別墅內更好。

第一次住Pool Villa,仲要係海灘前面，非常靚職員好有禮貌，不過房就舊左少少，梳化有啲污漬，住左6晚，有2晚跳fuse，不過只係部份燈唔著，影響不大，call工程司唔洗5分鐘就到，咁大間resort算快整體都唔錯，值得再去

We stayed in private pool villa for 3 nights and regular villa for other 3 nights. The rooms are not well maintained and clean . Front desk service was mediocre. Keep asking me for hotel voucher which I don't recall it was provided to me by Expedia . Especially one male supervisor was the worse . He was not helpful to my needs and very sarcastic to my question about Nora Buri. Will never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here

Location is OK but many small problems: Called 1 day earlier to book a hotel car to pick up from airport. Car didn't show up. Ocean view villa is not really ocean view; almost like garden view as we had to look through dense layers of trees; room make up was as late as 4:00 pm though we told them to do it by the time we went out at noon. Loosened faucets in wash room; live centipede found in the shower room. Staff seemed to be trying hard but I think things are coordinated well

办入住就令人很不高兴，前台接待一直黑着脸没有笑容。上来就说我入住的人数超出了预定，要加收孩子的早餐钱，每天650铢，见我犹豫自己迅速降价为700两天，我仔细检查了预定单发现我是按实际入住人数预定的，指明给她看，她就敷衍地来了句弄错了，没有一句抱歉。我不禁怀疑她这是个多收钱的套路。第二天我要求延迟退房，换了一个接待，上来就告诉我都定满了，不能延退，态度强硬，脸仍然很黑，我震惊了，我说你都没有查，怎么就知道不行呢？我有三个房间，只是要求一间延退。期间她又接了无数其它电话，让我重复了n遍房间号，大概15分钟后，就打发我说其中一间可以延2小时，同时强调其它两间必须准时退房！态度强硬，就像恩赐。我怀疑她根本没有查，又是一个套路，其它房号她根本就没记住，只是给了第一个房间的延退。这是我第五次来泰国，这个酒店的前台两位接待服务是最差的，不尊重顾客，令人无法容忍。没有之一！房间面积小，泳池面积小，相对于1700港币的价格，性价比太低。没有欢迎水果，没有机场免费接送，虽然距机场只有15分钟车程。空调太吵，不开的话又没法开门，没纱窗，纱门。我不会再选择这家酒店了，也绝不推荐给周围朋友。
