My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. They organized the airport taxi booking for my friend without any issue. The next day I checked out at noon, and kept my luggage in their storage for 5 extra hours without any issues. I will definitely be returning to this establishment on my way back to Bangkok. Great great service, staff and location.

暹罗地铁旅舍及咖啡馆是背包客和短期住宿的好选择。这里干净舒适，内部装潢也很不错。地理位置优越，距离三耀地铁站、巴士站和旧暹罗购物中心仅几步之遥，距离大皇宫和其他旅游景点也不到一公里。附近还有许多价格实惠的当地餐厅。
客房位于2至4层，5层设有茶水间、熨烫区和娱乐室。一楼的咖啡馆主要供应价格适中的西餐，不过我希望他们能提供更多泰式当地美食。
我入住的是四人间，相比其他旅舍的大型宿舍，我更喜欢这种房间。每层楼都设有男女分开的公用卫生间。
不过，有几点需要注意：
- 没有电梯，所以携带重物可能会比较困难。工作人员通常不会主动提供帮助，除非客人要求，不过一位男清洁工在退房时非常热心，在此向他表示感谢。
-饮用水仅在五楼供应。
-吹风机放置在浴室外，使用起来不太方便。
-只有客房、咖啡厅和娱乐室配备空调。茶水间和走廊只有风扇，白天会比较热。
建议：如果每层客房都配备饮水机，并且将吹风机放置在浴室内，那就更好了。如果能将茶水间改造成配备空调的共享办公空间，那就更完美了。在我入住的七天里，我很少看到有客人长时间待在五楼的茶水间办公，可能是因为那里太热，不太适合办公。
我与酒店员工的互动不多，但我注意到沟通方面存在一些问题。如果前台员工能说一口流利的英语，那就更好了，因为客人经常会问问题。值得一提的是，咖啡馆里有一位女士，每次见到她都会面带微笑地迎接客人。我不确定她是不是老板，但她的笑容确实为这里增添了一份温馨。
总的来说，暹罗地铁旅舍及咖啡馆是曼谷短期住宿的理想之选，价格实惠，环境宜人。如果能进行一些升级，提升公共区域的舒适度，它将成为旅行者的更佳选择。

ขอติอย่างเดียวค่ะ เรื่องการระบายน้ำลงท่อในห้องน้ำ น้ำระบายค่อนข้างช้า ทำให้น้ำท่วมขังในห้องน้ำค่ะ ถ้าปรับปรุงตรงนี้ได้ จะดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ

Overall good hostel. Right in front of the MRT station. Also the MRT station in front is the starting point to the free walking tour. Staff friendly, reception is 24 hours (I checked in late around 11pm). Room is cleaned daily, towel provided, sandals provided. The location itself isn't necessarily walking distance to China Town or the tourist sites; I took a grab bike most places. Only feedback would be is that the walls and doors are super thin, I could hear the footsteps of people walking and talking right in front of the room. Also the other guests could have been more polite about noise and bathroom cleanliness.
