ห้องคือดีตามมาตรฐานค่ะ แต่ที่ชอบมากที่สุดคือการบริการของพนักงานทุกคน พี่ๆน่ารักมาก แอร์ไม่เย็นก็รีบมาดูให้ ผ้าห่มไม่พอก็เอามาเพิ่มให้ทันที มีกิจกรรมต่างๆที่สามารถติดต่อซื้อได้ที่นี่ได้เลย มีมอไซต์ให้เช่า และคอยให้คำแนะนำถึงสถานที่ที่ไปเองได้ แล้วไม่ควรไปเองเพราะอันตรายด้วย

ฉันจองห้องพักที่ simple life resort วันที่ 3-5 พ.ค. ผ่านทางเว็บและแจ้งขอบิลตั้งแต่วันที่เข้าพัก พอเข้าพักแอร์ไม่เย็น เรียกมาดูก็บอกว่าเย็นแล้ว ทั้งที่มันไม่เย็น เรียกช่างมาดู บอกว่าต้องล้างแอร์ รอไป 2 ชม. ล้างเสร็จก็ยังไม่เย็น พนักงานถามว่าล้างแล้ว จะให้ทำยังไง มันเป็นหน้าที่แขกต้องคิดหรอว่าจะทำยังไง จะให้นอนร้อนๆ หรอ สุดท้ายเปลี่ยนห้องให้ คืนวันที่ 4 มีงูอยู่ในห้องน้ำอีก พอวันเช็คเอาท์มาบอกว่าออกบิลไม่ได้ พอถามว่าทำไมไม่บอกตั้งแต่วันเข้าพัก บอกว่าก็ไม่รู้ คิดว่าออกได้ เสียงแข็งมาก นี่เรียกว่าการบริการหรอคะ ถ้าคิดว่าจ่ายเงินไปแล้วจะบริการยังไงก็ได้ ก็ไม่ควรมาทำรีสอร์ตหรือไม่น่ามีใครมาพักอีก
