The Briza Beach Resort

平時去幾多旅行 好少經歷到咁不快 亦都第一次寫評價 有需要話俾將會消費者知道 14/4 check in front desk安排員工帶我同男友到房 行左段路 上層housekeeper嗌話未執好 問個員工點解 佢答「唔知」 仲叫我地周圍行10分鐘 大熱天時 拎住個大背包同袋喎⋯ 10分鐘之後返lobby 見到幾個員工傾偈 我問有冇其他房 話其他房要等更耐 唔專業 態度欠佳 基本既front desk,housekeeping既management同溝通都無 Manager出黎say sorry 我男友識泰文 知佢地講咩 從對話中講到我地吹佢地快d咁 入到房 wifi用唔到 有個插電位有問題 電視有雪花 engineerer黎整都係整唔到 房冇牙刷 打去話11:xx pm housekeep部門closed 早餐選擇唔多 味道一般 如果住呢度 一d都唔值 普通酒店都好過呢間好多 14/4 checked in A staff escorted my BF n me to room. We walked awhile, 1housekeeper had yelled: not yet finished the cleaning We asked the staff why this happened She said she don’t know, told us to walk inside hotel about 10mins But the whether was extremely hot, how we held the big backpack n bags to walk around I asked the staff back lobby to deal with it. After 10mins, We back lobby and saw staff they were chit chat. I tried to ask for another room but they said another room would be waited for longer time Not professional n helpful enough as the poor basic knowledge n communication Manager came out for apologise My bf knew some Thai so he understood what they were talking...like said we pushed them to do faster. Wifi cannot be used. 1 socket was out of usage TV screen quality was poor. Engineer came for fixing but cannot be fixed. We realised no tooth-brushes in the room Front seat said housekeeping department closed ,they Breakfast choices not much, taste so so this hotel room not that valuable.others in Samui, which were much more comfortable

Overall is okay. Water pressure a bit small.

到飯店時沒有人會幫忙拿行李，櫃台人員人手不夠，要等很久。但有一個房務很細心，幫我修理行李箱。游泳池很小，海邊的休閒設施也不像其他飯店用心。

整體環境還可以,可能是鄉下地區,晚上比較多小蟲,櫃台人員服務很親切,基本的英文和中文對話都可以。浴室的水壓稍嫌不足,冷氣偶而忽冷忽熱,除此以外,其他都很不錯

性價比高的飯店，服務人員親切客氣，熱心為我們所提出的需求做出最適當的協助，飯店位置超方便，旁邊很多好吃的餐廳，也有承租機車的服務，不需要抵押證件很便利。

The staffs are really nice and helpful~ As our room is far from the main entrance... They prepare golf car for us when we back hotel every time!

室內燈光有點昏暗，但整體環境很棒。

服務人員態度好，早餐好吃，住宿品質佳

刚入住的时候 给我们的房间房型有问题 并不是我在网上起初定的直通泳池房 后来经过沟通换了，基本满意，但是在这个房间发现没有拖鞋 没有洗发水沐浴露和香皂，蚊子很多，这次去苏梅岛选了两个酒店 之前在诺拉布里住的时候一个蚊子都没有，这个酒店却很多 上个厕所被咬俩包，真是醉了，！还有早餐 真的是我见过最简单的了，基本没有什么可吃的 除了水果！第三天我们需要提早退房，我公公婆婆六点半下来吃早点 结果被告知七点才有，可是明明入住的时候给的信息是六点半开始早点啊！真是差评差评！不过酒店海滩非常好 水清沙白，真的比去皮皮岛的还要好呢！不过提醒大家可以选择这家酒店附近的酒店 也可以享受到一样的沙滩 这家酒店还是算了吧！

总体环境还不错，房间够大，沙滩不好，沙子不够细，夜晚沙滩没有其他酒店繁华，蚊子太多，水温不好调

距离海滩很近，距离查文闹市区较远。房间很舒服，早餐很丰富。连住5天，充分休息了一下。 适合带着孩子，但会多收孩子的附加费用。早餐小孩一顿400泰铢。

位于查文大街最头上，到查文中心步行十几分钟，稍显不方便，酒店有车免费接送，不过固定时间点：17:30,20:00去，20：30、22:00回，房间配套和性价比还是可以的，订的有自己的泳池、会客室、两个卫生间的房间，酒店也有自己的海滩，总体都不错得，就是晚上晚了用水人一多，就会没热水，热水器烧得特别慢

我们入住的是带私人泳池的villa, 酒店地理位置很好,沙滩柔软, 典型泰式风格，只是房间内有些设施比较陈旧，有些已损坏，没有及时修理。总体来说还算不错

Good staff, good location. Decent place, but very old and very badly maintained. We had a green poll we couldn’t use and a bathroom that barely had any water.

The staff here are amazing. All of them are lovely. They need a greater food and drink selection. Also they really need to knock down the unused huts near the beach area and build an infinity pool with a proper bar area there for bar snacks/dinks. This would pull in a lot of business from the beach. Need to resolve the entry exist points to the beach. The rusty ladder has to be replaced with a better permanent solution!

Da rinnovare nel complesso ma e un buon rapporto prezzo qualità, ho soggiornato in hotel simili a chaweng ma molto piu cari

A very nice hotel right on the beach. About 15mins walk to the larger shopping area around Chaweng but nice and quiet here. There are still a few nice restaurants close by, Blue Turtle at the beach is good and there is a fire show every night. Avoid Your Place, food is horrible and service worse! The actual hotel is good, not luxurious but very comfortable and the staff are all very welcoming. One disappointing thing was with one of our rooms. We had a 2 bed villa but the second bedroom was not nearly as good as the primary one, I had expected them to be the same.

Man behöver uppdatera typ allt. Mer solstolar vid poolen, 12st för 200 gäster är inte nog.

Meget ringe og slidt standart. Der var ikke gjort ordentlig rent og de havde kun gjort klar til 4 personer til trods for at vi havde booket til 5. 2 dage før hjemrejse var der også forsvundet ting fra vores værelse. Faciliteterne på hotellet var virkelig ringe. Og så var det total overpris. Meget skuffende.

We had a wonderful relaxing day at Briza beach resort staff were amazing. Everybody was so friendly and professional Ken the manager was amazing very great guy Ammy was very friendly and a very hard worker Pat or Patricia cooked the most wonderful eggs I’ve ever had in any restaurant anywhere in the world. I recommend any Aussie family or couples or friends staying together. You have to get down to the Briza great rooms delicious buffet breakfast very good price and wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. Thanks very much for a great day to the team at.briza beach resort we will be back thanks guys
