整體不錯，交通便利，近市區，四周多食店，步行15分鐘便能到芭東沙灘，一出酒店便有間7-11很方便。房間很大，天台泳池很美，冷氣、熱水供應都很好，WI-FI也不錯，搬行李的也十分熱情。

We were stayed in this hotel with 13 people for 6 days and we could say satisfied and pleasant. The staffs was good enthusiasm services and to keeping smiling at the front desk. Even had minor problem in the room , priority to solved out. Conclusion was good choice at the Gig hotel, will back to stayed again. especially would be appreciated for said that at the hotel colleauges , Dear Sara / CK & teamates, Much appreciated, for your arranged a birthday cakes of my friend. We were so suprised of that and so warmest. Thank you so much.

所有客人需要等到下午2:00才能check-in！ 櫃檯職員沒看清楚我的訂房，多收款項！需要我解釋清楚訂單內容及額外時間處理房間床鋪，事後不但沒有致歉，全程欠缺笑容、禮貌！！ 不過酒店位置十分近購物中心！而且房間整潔乾淨！

首先，房間空間很寬敞，床超大舒適，浴室大，又有bar枱梳妝台、梳化。 第二，泳池景觀無敵，每天都可看日落，很喜歡酒店的泳池，很適合曬太陽及游泳。 而且，地方方便5-10分鐘走到沙灘和商場。 另外，冷氣的位置位於床前，但風向直吹床頭，即使溫度合適，也不舒服。

The hotel looks stylish at the reception but the room is a bit furnished but still worth for money as it is really close to the main spots of patong! You will be able to reach Jungcelyon and patong night street within 5 mins walking distance. Can’t missed their rooftop with gym room out-door swimming pool and a small bar. That is excellent with a stunning view of patong!! Don’t miss it! There is a local noodle stall next to the hotel opposite to Gig message...my friends are highly recommended to try! It’s tasty! We don’t recommend you to do massage at e Gig Massage although they got 10% off as the service and master skills are not as good as the one at Montra (located at Juncelyon)....highly prefer to go Montra if you are looking for cheap price (300 baht for 60 mins foot massage) with high quality of service.. Just one little incident made me a but unsatisfied. Our flight is departing at mid- night, we tried to extend our room for one more night, however, we were told we need to book it online :(

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 首先這間酒店位置雖然近江西零，但不好找，一到達酒店check-in，酒店的職員完全沒有笑容，黑着臉登記，到房間後不斷被噪音騷擾，因為上層正在裝修，而且樓底並不高！所以噪音好近，追問職員噪音什麼時候完結，他說約下午五點，而到第二天噪音竟是早上九點開始...算我倒楣！房間設施正常，床很硬... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 這是我吃過最難吃的酒店早餐，不但款式少，而且食物不新鮮，放很久，味道差！咖啡味道淡，水有怪味，只有穀類早餐如粟米片和白麵包稱得上正常食物！如果你是想訂這間酒店絕對不建議加早餐！簡直浪費！ HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 員工除沒有笑容外，沒有禮貌！不願意協助！不專業！甚至不尊重客人！當我有疑問查詢後離開時，員工們不斷重複我的說話並加以恥笑，以為我聽不懂看不出他們的言行舉止！這樣的服務性行業還是第一次領教！ HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 這間酒店唯一的優點是天台的泳池，不算太小，勉強適合游泳，由於天台是9樓所以環境可以接受。 總括而言，不建議入住！我不是打手，以上是我的親身感受！ HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
