I had a pleasant stay. Miss Elif was very helpful. I got sick during my stay ,she took care of me. Thank you for all the effort she did to make my stay nice and comfortable. Would definitely come again .

Everything was prefect at lunch area specially with a lady Name Hostess Suder all staff in the lunch , was kind and great , woiters, Erbil and Tupoy I defenetly recomend your hotel to others thanks

Fiyat performans olarak şehrin en vasat otellerinden birisi olabilir. Oda temizliğimi 3 kez arka arkaya belirtmeme rağmen eksik ve baştan savma yaptılar. İstediğiniz bir talebi en az bir kaç kez farklı farklı insanlara söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar. Bu kadar sorun yaşadıktan sonra özür mahiyetinde gönderilen iki elma bir kurabiyenin de bir anlamı kalmıyor doğal olarak. Manzarası dışında bu fiyata çok daha kaliteli ve klas hizmet alabileceğiniz oteller mevcut.

The staff was friendly and welcoming! The room was great. The beds were so comfy! When we got there we were upgraded to a different room. There were food options in the hotel, but if you walked 5 minutes away you were in Taksim square, which had more reasonable prices. We only used the salon amenity in the hotel. Everyone was friendly, but ask for prices beforehand. Prices were higher than expected. Overall would recommend the hotel.
