The hotel room is spacious and clean, but the location is very bad and far from everything. The service is very weak, and the bed is uncomfortable. The food is tasty, but the coffee at the reception is terrible. The staff are polite, but it was the first hotel that asked us for a deposit in a very annoying way, which was uncomfortable for me. I even wanted to cancel the room if I could. The hotel is also noisy because of the traffic and the football field nearby. The hotel’s offers are not worth it

I did make my check out from the hotel in the morning than I got a phone from reception. They guy told me that “ I drunk one bottle wine from the minibar”. I told him that “ I’m not drinking alcohol because of my religion “. Than he told me “ they found empty bottle on the table” which is not possible. Than I told him “ I’m coming to the hotel and I would like to see all housekeepers “. Than he reversed.. Told me that “ no need to come back”. Guys.. This will be the final stay in Eliteworld hotels henceforth for my team.. I will never ever let anyone to stay any Eliteworld hotels from our group. Just for your info Thank you

3 kişilik oda aldım.İlave yatak portatif şeklinde koyacaklarını söylediler.Benim beklentim bir çift kişilik bir de tek kişilik yatağın odada hazır bir şekilde olması idi.Herneyse ilave ücret ödedikten sonra odayı büyük vereceğiz dadiler yine küçük oda verdiler ve memnuniyetsiz olduğumu 3 . İlave yatağın odaya sığmayacağını söyledim .Bu sefer başka bir görevli odayı değiştirdi arkaya bakan bir oda verdi .Odanın ebatından dolayı odayı tercih ettik.Daha sonra ilave yatak için 3 defa aramak zorunda kaldım.Daha öncede kaldığım bu otel çok geriye gitmiş.Bence çalışanların daha istekli ve yardımcı olması lazım.Zaten genel puanı çok düşük.Şaşırmamak lazım.

Otelde ikinci konaklayışımız. Malesef ilk gece odamızda klima çalışıyor ancak soğuk üflüyordu.ilk gece yarım saatte sorun giderildi ancak ikinci akşam olduğunda yine aynı sorun devam etti. Gece 22 gibi sorunu bildirmemize rağmen odamız en son çare olarak bizim ısrarımız üzerine değiştirildi gece 00:30 da. Aynı sorun otelin kahvaltı salonunda da var. Kahvaltıyı mont ile yapıyoruz. Hiç bir otelde ben böyle bir sorun yaşamadım. Çok garipti. Kahvaltı salonu hiç soğuk olur mu? Tv çalışmıyordu. Yapıldı denildi daha sonra tekrar bozuldu daha da söylemek istemedim. Ailem ile gittiğim 3 gece 4 gün malesef kötüydü.
