The location is a bit far from city center, but I can say enjoy the shopping immediately next to the hotel it is an excellent convenience. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and the facilities are new, the room is spacious and tidy, also very quiet at night, the amenities in the room and bathroom are more than enough, the beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and fresh, variety of buffet breakfast offerings caters for every taste, we had wonderful breakfast experience. The indoor swimming pool is spacious enough for me because I was alone at the time, and the view from high-floor windows was very beautiful. Check out process was fast with a professional manner, the best thing about this hotel is the staff, whether it's the restaurant or the front desk staff, thank you for your friendly attitude and impeccable service! Nice hotel definitely, as one of the best hotel in Bursa, I highly recommend it, looking forward to my next stay.

房間空間大、床鋪很軟，我很可以，但喜歡睡硬床的人會不習慣，飯店地下停車方便、咖啡機旁邊有提供給免費的外帶咖啡，很棒！只是淋浴的水很小，噴水柱也不強，洗澡要多點時間😂

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einem Top Service und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage war perfekt - man war schnell im Stadtzentrum, aber noch weit genug entfernt, um vom Trubel der Stadt nicht viel mitzubekommen. Wir werden in Zukunft immer das Hilton buchen.

Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again.

Global bir şirket olması sebebiyle aile seyahatimizde tercih etmiştik fakat hiçbir beklentimizi karşılamadı, odadaki banyoda kulak çöpü hariç hiçbir şey yoktu duştaki jel ve krem boştu, minibarda hiçbir şey yoktu, lobideki kafe akşam 23.00 da kapandı ve etrafta oturacak bir kafe dahi yoktu, tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen resepsiyondaki AMIN bey profosyonel yaklaşımı ve ilgisiyle gönülleri kazandı kendisine en içten teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz fakat Hilton olarak hayal kırıklığı yaşattılar 5 yıldız değil 3 yıldız otel konsepti mevcuttu.

Kahvaltının yeterliliğine oranla akşam yemeğinin zayıf olması büyük bir çelişkiydi. Business loungeda çay vaktinde hiçbir şeyin olmaması bir diğer eksiklikti fakat en kötüsü spa bölümünün bakımsızlığıydı. Su giderlerinin tıkalı olması hijyen konusunda sınıfta kalınmasına sebep oldu.
