Location is good, near most of attraction, restaurant, tram station and harbour. Easy for elderly, road is flat, elevator available. clean and large enough Room for three of us. staff very Helpful. Breakfast is delicious. It is a new hotel.

Saya berlibur berdua dengan anak, saya memilih hotel mercure dan menggunakan fasilitas pengantaran dan penjemputan berbayar. Sebelum keberangkatan saya menghubungi pihak hotel untuk menggunakan fasilitas itu. Untuk fasilitas jemput antar berdua anak saya, saya membayar sebesar 90 €. Hotel mercure sirkeci istanbul, hotel yang lokasinya sangat strategis, letaknya di daerah sirkeci, dekat dari mana-mana, yang terpenting hotel ini dekat dengan stasiun tram. Dekat dengan pusat wisata kota istanbul, seperti blue mosque, hagia sophia, dan topkapi, bisa berjalan-jalan menyusuri sepanjang jalan hingga sampai ke daerah sultanahmet. Dekat juga dengan grand bazaar, spice bazaar, laut marmara, mau naik ferry untuk menyeberangi bosphorus tinggal jalan kaki dari hotel, akses ke taksim square juga mudah. Para staf hotel semua baik dan menyambut anda, siap memberikan informasi kapan aja. Dan satu yang membuat rindu pada mercure sirkeci, ada seekor kucing bernama jimmy, kucing yang tinggaal dihotel itu, mirip-mirip dengan glee (kucing di hagia sophia). Untuk mencari makan pun tidak susah, di sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan. InsyaaAllah bila ke istanbul, kami akan kembali menginap di sini.
