Mencari lokasi hotelnya agak kesulitan karena hotelnya tidak memasang papan nama, di google maps hanya tertera metro suites taksim, yang mana kami hanya mengira-ngira apakah ini nama hotel yang dimaksud. Kami tamu 2 orang & menginap selama 2 malam, tapi hanya diberi handuk besar 1 buah. Keesokan harinya saat pelayanan harian, handuknya tetap diberi 1, jadi kami harus ke resepsionis meminta handuk 2x (untuk 2 hari). Selimut pun hanya diberi selembar kain yang menurut saya lebih cocok untuk dijadikan seprei, sudah diminta & katanya akan diantar ke kamar, tetapi sampai kami check out pun tidak diantar. Makanya saat kami meminta handuk & keset (tidak disediakan juga di kamar mandi), suami saya sampai tungguin di resepsionis sampai dapat. Toiletries tidak tersedia, hanya sabun cair. Minuman kemasan pun tidak disediakan di kamar. Poin plusnya menurut saya hanyalah lokasinya yang tidak jauh dari taksim square.
