Daha önce kaldığımız bir otel ve oteli seviyorduk ama bu sefer bazı olumsuzluklar yaşadık. Bir gün sular kesildi. Sadece sıcak su değil hiç su akmadı. Odadaki klima sistemi bazen yetmiyor resmen soğutamadı. Our stay was very enjoyable and service and staff were excellent. However there were activities advertised that after enquiring were not available at the resort, like archery. We had problems with our air con in our room that could not be repaired so the room was uncomfortable to sleep. Also disabled toilets were hard to find and not accessible easily.

Ankunft an Star l. Hotel um ca. 23:00 da muss man Einchecken - vorher keine Mitteilung. Nach den Einchecken habe ich das Zimmer 1160 bekommen angeblich wie gebucht mit Meerblick, den habe ich nicht gesehen. Dann musste ich Nachts durch die Anlage im Dunklen den Sunrise Hotel aufsuchen. Das die 4 Herschaften an der Rezeption sich müche gemacht haben um den Weg zu zeigen oder den Baggy bestellen sollten auf die Idee sind die nicht gekommen. Dann bin ich mit den Koffer durch die Anlage gedackel und habe immer wieder nach der richtigen Richtung gefragt. Das Zimmer ist heruntergekommen. Die Badetücher Ausgefranz und gerissen. Ickelhaftes Hotel - Personal ungelernt.

i like the set up which wasnt like a normal hotel format as they had also apartments in middle of botanic park. we had chickens, cats running around with beautiful surrounding of trees and flowers so kids loved it

Ce qu 'il manque (c'est un détail) mais il n 'y a pas de distributeur de cash dans l'hotel et pas grand chose à l'extérieur autour

Très bon établissement familial. Animation exceptionnelle, accès à un second parc avec plusieurs piscines. Le parc en lui même est très beau et dispose déjà de plusieurs belles piscines. Je recommande vivement. Le seul petit bemol serait la qualité du café mais possibilité d'acheter du café Starbucks sur place. Autrement tout était parfait !

Есть даже бассейн с песком для самых маленьких, в котором можно почувствовать себя как на море. Нам повезло с коттеджем, номер 2419:рядом с мини клубом и аквапарком. Кроме того, очень тихий район территории. Не слышно дискотек и других шумных представлений. А номер вообще выше всяких похвал. Он был двухэтажный. Нам пятерым было достаточно места. Очень уютно. Еды тоже хватало. Еда была без изысков, но вкусно приготовленная. А самое главное, что не было очередей. Много фруктов и овощей. Замечание только одно :хотелось бы более внимательного и чуткого отношения к отдыхающим в барах. И еще: в главном холле подавать напитки и коктейли не в бумажных стаканах, а в стекле
