Clean, good location, friendly staff

Cleaner, nicer and more spacious than I had anticipated. The downtown is a pretty rough area. From the outside it looks like a regular motel but the inside is like I said nice, clean and spacious. Also, you get breakfast for free at the restaurant next door which is a nice touch. However, the waitress there was extremely rude.

Room was clean and pretty quiet.

Everything was great but the parking. We were informed by email the night before we showed up that they could only accommodate 6’5” tall vehicles for their parking garage. With our roof rack on our truck, we were at about 6’7”. They said call so they could arrange parking. We did, but no one would pick up. We showed up at around 5 pm, and without knowing if we would be able to stay there. We were informed by staff that they had no option for us aside from finding a place of metered parking on the street. We asked if the vehicle would be safe or if the area experienced much crime. We were told that it was not their problem. We had little choice at the time aside from walking away from our prepaid room, so we parked and went inside. On our way in, I measured to the ceiling of the parking structure and found many available spaces were well above 6’7” tall, and even some spaces uncovered. Why couldn’t the staff at least have tried to find us a space on the property? They could have told us that we could at least look. We ended up staying on the street since we were already parked and paid the meter. Just a little help from the staff would have solved everything but they seemed like they didn’t care.

Nice place. A bit dated. Sketchy neighborhood. People doing drugs in the open down the block.

Close to restaurants, breweries, bars. They provided airport transportation.

The staff was utmost unfriendly and not helpful at all. Our group (5 rooms) and one had a truck and small utility trainer and the checking person assigned a space to park the truck & tailer. After an hour we were told we can't park there for the night even that it was approved/assigned before. One party of ours the room lock did not work - the door would not open ... so they assigned another substandard room (no fridge no microwave). Thirdly breakfast is terrible unless you have 2 hours to spare - the breakfast place is understTaffed - had to wait for 25 min before we even could get a table and then service was very slow!! We have stayed in many other places before but this was by far one of the worst ones - book something else!!

We enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pool was great. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was fantastic! They give you a voucher to the breakfast restaurant next door. We would stay here again.

I’m all about cleanliness and this place was amazing! Also— the shower and the pressure was spectacular!!

Outside of hotel and neighborhood was okay. However the room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was offered at a bakery on the property. Hotel guests were given a list of options for free or we could pay for other food items. We chose ham and cheese omelet and biscuts and gravy. The omlet was very good and gravy for the biscuts and gravy was mediocre. We'd stay here again.

Honestly, this was one of the nicer best westerns I’ve ever stayed in the rooms were renovated and modern and newer, very clean. I liked the little area for the dogs that extra niceness for the dogs with a dog tree and dog bowl was very nice. I will say it’s not super bigger truck friendly but they were as accommodating as possible. We did have a parking spot but I would call ahead to make sure there is parking. Otherwise you’ll probably have to park on the street or somewhere else.

Reception was nice and it was great having a place in the city to park! The hotel bathroom had a bunch of drain flies and we had to keep the door closed to keep them from coming out into the main room. Other than that - had a really nice stay. Stella’s nearby was a lovely treat the next morning!
