The entire motel was dirty. Bad bad. They really need to deep clean the place and replace all the furniture.

I booked the room but I ended up not even staying. I left within 10 minutes and got a refund when I walked to my room there was a homeless guy with all his stuff under the stairs and the stairway smelled like piss and was nasty and grimy like they should atleast power wash here and there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years the room honestly should be $50 if that and the room itself wasn’t that bad besides the light in the restroom didn’t work the front desk lady was very kind and nice the owners theirselves though should but some money into cleaning the place up it has a lot of potential but definitely needs attention

beds were smaller than stated, tv didn't work, room was I terrible condition, property was dirty, no plugs, toilet wobbled, furniture broken and hacked back together, THEN COME TO FIND OUT MY DOOR DID NOT LOCK came back at the end of the day and you can walk right into the room no key or card needed someone could have simply walked in and took everything absolute hole. wish I had know the area better. never again

Bugs in room. Broken toilet. Shower head fit for baby not adult. TV doesn’t work. Not friendly staff.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Absolutely filthy. I was given a tv remote missing the back piece.Our room had a white bedsheet tied over the chair (not sure what this was covering) filthy mattresses,holes in the tub ceramic, missing tiles around the tub, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and hanging down, when we opened the mini fridge, the weather stripping was hanging by a thread, the room smelled like a moldy basement. We had a party of 4 but the room had only 2 towels and when I went down to the lobby was told the only way to get more towels would be to catch the maids in the morning when they do their rounds!! What?!?! We did not make it past 3 hours before demanding a refund. Staff informed us that we had to process a refund thru Expedia since thats how we booked it and this would take 72 hours to be fully refunded. This was May 13th. It is now May 24th and Expedia has notified me that the hotel denied the refund after staff told us he understood and we would be refunded once Expedia started the refund process. There were 2 little boys riding their scooters up and down the walkway in front of all the rooms and yelling/screaming on the 2nd floor IN THEIR UNDERWEAR only. The room directly next to me had the front window shattered. This is a no smoking property but the stench of Marijuana was constantly strong and in the air. Worst place I've ever experienced and to think this was only 3 hours.We got charged for 3 nights! DO NOT RECOMMEND

We came to California at the last min. I had to hurry and book something. We arrived at 7 pm. To no one in at the front desk and a sign that said “ be back in 20 min”. There were about 10 people in the lobby waiting to check in. The bathroom in the lobby was out of order. We came back about an hour later and were able to finally check in. The rooms are clean but in shambles. When we used the shower it leaked all over the floor and out the bathroom door into the room. We had 2 beds in our room one was fine the other sunk to the floor when you sat on it. Had we not been so tired from traveling I would have found somewhere else to stay !

For the price it doesn’t met my standards very old and needs update the front office not very nice needs customer service skills

We checked in the room the lock didn't work the hot water for shower didn't work and the ac didn't work

I first got a room where the smoke detector was beeping so much and so loud that my autistic daughter was having bad anxiety every five minutes and later on that night my door wasnt locking with the inside volt and i had to call the office for help. The guy said “its okay! Its still locks from the outside and so i explained that my daughter has autism and is a wanderer and i was to lock up the volt for her safety and ofcourse mine too.. and so he came back and the door lock got stuck and so he tried to fix it but then i said ima end up stuck in here if i lock up and he agreed that it was not to be trusted .. gave me a different room and this room was already not my cup of tea right from the moment i got to the door because this door had electrical tape on the card reader and was missing a part. It was so empty where my daughter thought she could get loud and echo. It didnt have the couch or the coffee table and only one chair. The volume on the tv wouldnt work and so it was a quiet tv time for us. Oh and talk about the people i was next too doing helium with balloons and standing by mydoor just making my night scary and unpredictable.

There were bedbugs. Was bitten on my arm.

This place is the most dirty place i ever been, The tile floor is really dirty , toilet it was fallen a part From the wall ther where some holes and wire Were hanging
