FairBridge Inn & Suites at West Point

喜欢的位置。不喜欢的是服务太差和旅馆的卫生条件太差。窗户都是破的，有个大洞都不能关上，楼梯还在外头，条件太差了，跟那个费用就不相配。

This place has seen better days! The rooms were severely rundown and in desperate need of an update. That said the beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were pleasant and tried to eliminate the smell, but were unsuccessful. Location is close to West Point.

We got locked out at 1 in the morning and there was no staff available to assist us (call for 30 minutes and even call the cops) We had to stay at another motel for the night. In the morning we went to demand a full refund/reimbursement and they were only gonna allow a partial refund until we got a hold of their general manager. It’s ridiculous the lack of accountability the staff had (blaming on us for the key malfunction and stating they were on site). Would not recommend staying here at all.

My daughter and I spent one night at Fairbridge Inn & Suites at West Point. The staff was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and cool. The room and property are a little dated but it was clean and comfortable.

very unsatisfactory, the building is old and the surrounding area, bushes is everywhere, toilet have problem after you flush. Area very intimidating

First of all, most of the prior reviews were right. It is to expensive for what they offer. The place was relatively clean. No toiletries, but toilet paper and towels. The beds were not comfortable at all. For $172.00 a night, and not even include toiletries or breakfast!!? Way to much. My family and I, have being in another Fairfield hotels before, but comparing, this one was the worse.

Room is outdated. Clean and tidy. Iron was dirty and not cleaned as it had burnt marks in it. Shower tile is mix matched. Hotel could use a remodel. Was good for the night.

The pictures make it seem like it’s an updated place but it’s really just a motel that’s rundown. Really poor linens very old bathroom peeling tub.

The gentleman running the property was fine; the property itself is not nice. We were originally given a room down a dark hallway by a staff member that didn’t even greet us but just left the door ajar when the property manager yelled across the property to open our room for us. The beds had bugs in them and there were bugs (large ants?) crawling on the floor. The room smelled like smoke. It was such a bizzare and poorly maintained space- I have never seen anything quite like it. I tried calling the property manager but the phone (along with other things) did not work. We walked to the front office and asked for a different room; the property manager was helpful and did give us a different room. The next room was simpler, clean but still pretty low quality. Any kind of movement in the bed caused it to squeak, so we didn’t get much sleep. The small dorm-refrigerator was extremely loud when the coolant kicked in, so if we did manage to fall asleep, we were jarred awake by the noise. If we had managed to check in earlier in the day, I certainly would not have stayed here. It depends on your expectations, but I wouldn’t recommend this inn. I also wouldn’t refer to it as an inn as it is essentially a motel.

I stayed 10 min and left to find a new hotel. It did not at all match what was advertised. Sparcely decorated room, not super clean, the door handle was loose with only a chain lock and the mattresses were deceptively smaller than the box spring. Box Springs were Queen but with Full mattresses hidden by the bedding. Never again.

Property was run down and in need of a total renovation. Rusty fixtures, unsightly grout, dirty carpet, scratched furniture. Thin walls between rooms. The owner should be ashamed to be offering such a neglected hotel to Westpoint cadets who serve our country and their families.

Bad smell in the rooms and it doesn't feel clean.

It was an ok stay for the money. I should have spent the extra $40 for a nicer place

expedia did not notify us that we had reserved a smoking room, and the manager nicely moved us to a 'superior' room that was non smoking. The room was satisfactory, ironing board looked like it had stains on it; the very thin sheets and limited pillows did not make a comfortable night. one tiny garbage can in the bathroom was not sufficient. There was no one at the front desk at 7a when we wanted to check out.

Old and no investment to keep the hotel updated and modern. Bed was ok at best.
