Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room.

I didn’t like that we had to pay for Valet parking. It should be included with the hotel stay. It was so crowded waiting for a valet worker to come take everyone’s ticket to get their car. Also the breakfast was not good. The sausages did not look cooked fully and the eggs were runny and wet. And for as big as this hotel is, why is there only one waffle maker? We had to stand on line to wait to make a waffle because it was crowded with only one waffle maker. My room didn’t have a microwave in it. Wasn’t to happy with my stay this time.

The front desk staff is terrible. We arrived at 12:30 and door was locked. We ring for 5 minutes finally he let got in. Then the staff is rude telling us to wait for 10 minutes because he needs to reboot the system. We have never experienced this kind of condition at a hotel. Very disappointing.

There was a construction going on the floor we stayed but we were not informed. Poorly covered the area. We could hear people talking in the other rooms, hear closing doors etc very loudly.

sehr gute Lage dicht an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mit Bus zum Bahnhof. sauber, grosses Zimmer mit Sofa und Kühlschrank. Fenster als einziges nicht sauber. Das Hotelrestaurant hat nur eingeschränkt offen und abends/am Wochenende gibts wenig Alternativen. Frühstückt ist einfach (vor allem süss) und Einweggeschirr - das passt nicht zum Hotelflair

No washer or dryer, no business center if you need to print something. I was there 5 days and they only brought clean linens twice and I had to ask for the second time.
