Faltaron mas cosas de limpieza personal ... como gorro para cabello .... botes de basura .. pasta de dientes algunos qtips personales y pasta de dientes pues aveces llega uno de imprevistos y no carga con esas cosas y no habia en el lugar

Bad experience at this hotel.

The location was convenient for a beach day. The beds were comfortable. It was clean enough but there is a lack of attention to details. Some dust, stains on the carpet and the beds foundation. Also noticed a hand print on the wall like if someone had greasy or motioned hands and left a handprint. Very thin walls, you will hear your neighbors very clearly. I liked having the mini fridge however a microwave was not included and that can be inconvenient for families.

Cleanliness

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn as an over night prior to a morning surgery. This Holiday Inn is one of the best hotel stays we have experienced from the time we arrived until we left the next morning, the desk staff was kind, extremely attentive and provided the best customer service. The hotel itself is extremely clean and comfortable. Allot of dining options nearby and plenty of free parking. We will definitely stay here afain when we visit Carlsbad. Highly recommend.

Good property to stay in

It was close to legoland thats why i chose the property . The room was ok there were a couple of spiders in the bathroom. The a/c unit was pretty loud which had a rattling sound..It was hard to sleep through

It was an excellent experience

Came to visit family in Oceanside. Had my mom and toddler with me. Had a great time. Friendly staff, recognized us, very nice and helpful. My son had a blast in the courtyard area. Very clean! Will stay again!

Easy check in! Room was nice and clean and starbucks was across the street which was a plus!

Myself and my children have tried a few hotels in the Carlsbad/ Encinitas area and wish we had tried the Holiday Inn first. While it’s 15-20 minutes drive from the coast, it felt more modern and clean than other similar hotels closer to the coast. No charge for working, lovely big pool, beds and bedding were lovely, good shower and water pressure. Will stay again for sure.

This is our third time staying in this hotel and we will always come back. Excellent buffet breakfast, clean, safe and quiet. Friendly service and helpful customer service.

Nice hotel

Check-in and check-out were super easy, and we were greeted by friendly staff right away. We stayed here back in 2018, and I’m happy to say the experience is still just as excellent as we remembered. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is a must—so convenient, tasty, and very reasonably priced. The wait staff were wonderful and really attentive, which made the meal even better. The room and bathroom appeared very clean and had adequate pillows and towels for family of 4. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a basketball court on-site—such a fun bonus, especially for my son. There were plenty of other entertainment for all ages! Overall, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families traveling with children!

Nice pool and mini golf putting lawn

Other than finding an ant in the bed, some damage to the bathroom door and the refrigerator making random noises throughout the night, it really was a good experience.
