Good hotel all around

Do not trust the photos for standard rooms. That is not the real size and format for the rooms you are gonna get. Only one room is like that in each floor, and all the other rooms are much smaller, but the hotel still put the room to deceive customers into booking. It’s understandable that hotels in manhattan are small. It is not acceptable to use such scheme to misguide people into buying. I talked with the staff and got a tiny amount of compensation, and I was hinted it was the website who put the photos. So I accepted that compensation. But later after I checked out, the website would me it’s the hotel who is responsible for the photos. I talked to the hotel again, wanting to make sure they do something to stop it, but the staff again just don’t give a damn. Some staff I talked to are generally very cold and apathetic, superficial on the surface, and don’t have a heart for customers’ wellbeing. I encountered a very rude African American lady in the front desk who kept showing behaviors equal to rolling her eyes at me and signing after I finished talking like I was being unreasonable and stupid when I confronted about the photos, even though the hotel was the one who did this to customers. Worst hotel experience ever in the whole world. Totally not recommended.

Convenient to the whole city for an affordable expensey

Everything was excellent except one thing: The leaner ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign and kept knocking on the door for cleaning. Will be back for sure.

Hôtel confortable,très bien situé pout visiter Manhattan. Les chambres sont comfortables ainsi que la salle de bain. Le ménage est fait chaque jour et le personnel est disponible et sympatique.

Très bon emplacement proche de Penn station. Quartier calme.

Coffee machine wasn’t working and both USB chargers weren’t working.

Extremely friendly staff and clean rooms and lobby. Would recommend for any travelers.

I had the worst hangover and the entire staff from room service, the front desk and the restaurant staff were so professionally supportive in ways only a blessing could deliver! Will surely return on my stays in NY! Loved my environmental service lady as well for she was most patient and kind! See you guys soon! In a much better space! 😂

It’s closeby train station. Staff is friendly. Room is tidy and clean with a good gym.

Rooms and bathroom are decent sizes. Staff is friendly and location is 2 blocks from Penn Station for transportation.

Matt the manager was very nice and very helpful! I recommend this place!

Great location, worth money, accessible, responsive, only thing is not 100% sound proof, and you can hear people easily in hall. Cleaning comes at 10 and you will be woken up by them speaking in hall.
