Friendly staff, hot and cold breakfast choices, complimentary cookies on certain days, clean, comfortable beds. Very convenient to airport and rental car return. Would definitely stay again

Great stay. Big room at good price. Very convenient location. Breakfast was good, not great, staff was very helpful. Internet was a bit funky, has to resign in several times, but worked fine. TV was great, actually had a channel guide.

" Sue' the woman that runs the breakfast area is wonderful! The foods great, plenty of it and the area is kept spotless.Sue is everybodies friend,thoughtful and kind! The entire staff of this hotel are great,typical Buffalo people, WONDERFUL! Next time I come to Buffalo, I will stay here,they tr3at uou l8ke family!

The breakfast service and food are excellent. The dining room staff are friendly ,kind and do a great job. Check in folks are efficient and helpful ,gave me an amazing local restaurant recommendation . The rooms are comfortable. The shuttle service and driver very good. Id come back here again!
