SpringHill Suites Lehi at Thanksgiving Point

The staff is Great ! Whenever I vvisit this property somethinng is broken last visit it was the redt card reader and the hot tub. This time it was BOTH Clothes drivers. I love the format of the rooms here.

Very good overall Everything excellent except the restroom, had some sort of substance on the light switch and inside the shower looked as if it had like dark soap scum smear in one small area Other than that, near excellent!!

Older carpets (worn) but all else exceeded expectations

It was a great stay. They accommodated to my needs with needing two twin cribs , family friendly, clean, and overall nice!

Worked with 4 different front desk clerks and all were courteous and proficient. The problem was when we got to the first room we were assigned, it was not ready--door was ajar, lights on, towels weren't ready, bathroom vent cover open, insulation puffs from ceiling vent in toilet, etc. We were assigned another room and then hauled all our stuff to it. After we got settled, we found the TV did not work which the desk clerk said they had had previous problems with that TV. By the time Maintenance could not fix TV, but by the time they had rechecked TV, all the other rooms were filled and so they couldn't move us again. Also the water in the hotub was so loaded with chlorine we couldn't stay in it for only a few minutes, because our eyes were stinging so bad! The pool also had an overly strong concentration of chlorine. The pool is very small. Again I emphasize the staff was excellent and did their best to help us. We ended up working through our Expedia booking for refund.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. However, I was disappointed with house keeping.

Really close to Thanksgiving point

We found the staff VERY helpful. When I asked for help with the TV remote, the woman 'dropped everything' and went to get a new remote for me and it worked great. The gentleman at the desk was very gracious when I told him that the coffee table was out of half & half creamer. He, too, 'dropped everything' and ran off to get it. And more stuff like that. We've been before, and will come again.

There was no warning that the hotel was under construction. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator didn’t work.. very inconvenient and a hassle

The under construction of this property is unacceptable. If I would’ve known it smelled like this because of new construction and having to deal with plastic on the carpet and walking 4 flights of stairs because of a down elevator, I wouldn’t have booked here

Nice location, but the facility was being renovated while we were there. I would have booked something else if I had known. Lots of workers in and out and building noise in the public areas

It is close to a museum and places to eat.

Convenient area. Overall great hotel. Only downfall was the barking dog in the room next to us.

Great stay! We went up for my son's Birthday and took him to Thanksgiving point, the hotel shares a parking lot with it and the kids loved the pool!
