It was all great! But parking was extremely complicated. The resort fee is so expensive and does not include parking. It is really hard to park in the area.

建物は古いがリノベーションされていて、プールも部屋も綺麗。フロントのスタッフの対応は感じ良く、また自転車やSUPの無料レンタルもあり便利。 ワイキキの中心部から少し離れるが、ホテルの目の前にバス停もあり移動にも困らない。 ただし1番の問題は部屋の清掃。10泊以上したが、まともに清掃されたのは1日のみ。しかも何度も何度もフロントに依頼をしてようやく1回きてくれた。それ以外の日は、チップだけ持っていくのみ。おかげでバスルームの水栓が詰まり、夜間にエンジニアを呼ぶことに。出かける時にハウスキーパーを何度か見かけたが、7階のハウスキーパーはスマホに夢中で仕事を忘れているようだ。

Staff was very friendly. Our room was clean but very noisy. We could hear loud music from the room next to us very clearly which was very annoying. It also took a very long time to finally get warm water out of the shower. We liked the breakfast and very good coffee. Overall for us it was a good stay for a couple of nights.

Came for my baby sister’s birthday and the Customer service was TOP TIER!! From the receptionist to the waiter all the way to the room service staff! It was our first time in Hawaii (Honolulu to be exact) and it was the best experience.

유아동반 우리 가족의 첫 하와이 숙소였는데 정말 좋았어요! 직원분들 모두 너무나 친절하셨고, 조식도 맛있었어요! 한국 SNS검색을 해도 이 호텔에 관한 정보가 없어서 걱정을 좀 했었는데, 너무 좋았습니다:) 그 다음에 아주 유명하고 2배 이상 비싼 호텔로 옮겼는데, 남편과 아이 모두 이 호텔을 그리워했답니다. 다음에 오게되면 여기에만 머물 거예요! 감사합니다!

Need coffee. That which was provided was unsatisfactory. I used the valet for one night, and they charged me for the whole week. I didn’t even have a car. $51 a night.

Deceptive pricing. Was not informed that parking was equal to the resort fees prior to booking. The resort fees and the parking was $500 on top of the hotel room for a 5 night stay. Hello Beds were not made. It took 3 attempts to get the sofa bed bedding. The ac barely worked. Customer service was rude as well. The only plus was the location.
