There are no staff members. However, security is high. If an incident occurs in the room, you can contact them via WhatsApp and they will respond immediately. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a refrigerator, a hot plate, and a microwave. I was worried about the structure of the shower room, but there was no problem. You can hang out your laundry on the rooftop, which has a great view and is a relaxing zone. There is also a shared dryer on the first floor. The location is also good. I think this level of satisfaction at this price is a miracle. If you are an experienced traveler, you will definitely be satisfied.

At first I booked a deluxe room but they made a mistake, they gave me a standard room. The distance from the mattress to the ceiling was very low, I thought I couldn't sit. And the ceiling was moldy, I took a picture. I complained, they resolved it very quickly, after only 2 hours they gave me the correct room. The equipment and everything was old, small, not clean. The mattress and blanket were worn out, making it difficult for me to sleep. In addition, the refrigerator and fan were broken.
Lúc đầu tôi đặt phòng deluxe nhưng họ đã nhầm lẫn , họ đưa tôi phòng standard . Khoảng cách từ nệm lên trần nhà rất thấp , tôi nghĩ tôi ko thể ngồi được. Và trần nhà bị ẩm mốc , tôi có chụp lại . Tôi đã khiếu nại , họ đã giải quyết rất nhanh chóng , chỉ sau 2 tiếng đồng hồ họ đưa tôi phòng chính xác. Trang thiết bị và mọi thứ đều cũ , nhỏ , không sạch . Chiếc ga nệm và chăn bị cũ , sờn làm tôi rất khó ngủ . Ngoài ra thì tủ lạnh và máy quạt đều bị hỏng.
