除了美丽清新的空间，这里工作人员的热情也给我留下了深刻的印象。从我们下车到乘车回家，他们无微不至地照顾着我们，支持我们提前入住，并且非常灵活地满足客人的要求。我从南方来这里旅行，他们让我们感受到了亲切的友好和欢迎，这让我们非常感激^^ 通往酒店的道路不算太远，但比较狭窄。汽车可以通行。房间宽敞、漂亮、隔音效果好、干净。外面有一个很大的花园，早上可以散步呼吸新鲜空气（这里经常能看到几只山羊:D），还有一个游泳池，可以欣赏到后面的山景和湖景。早餐如果能更丰富一些就更好了。不过总体来说，我和酒店员工的相处体验已经足够好了，所以我真的很享受这次旅行^^

The hotel is amazing! The staff is always here for you when you need help. We tried the food, but it's definitely not the best kitchen in Ninh Binh, unfortunately. The swimming pool is incredible!

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp, nói tiếng Anh và Pháp rất giỏi. Đặc biệt bạn lễ tân tên Linh rất thân thiện. Resort rất yên tĩnh, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Cảnh quan thiên nhiên rất đẹp, đường vào hơi quanh co. Điểm trừ là hơi nhiều muỗi.

We only stayed there one night and it was okay. They were fixing the wifi so couldn’t use the internet. The room is clean and comfy. But be aware that this homestay is pretty far away from the centre so you can’t get Grab here

Cảnh quan xung quanh đẹp nhưng không biết khai thác! Khách sạn đơn điệu và nhàm chán, không có guu riêng trong thiết kế! So với giá tiền thì không xứng đáng, mọi thứ chỉ dừng ở tạm ổn.

Dịch vụ rất tốt. Ngày mình đặt mình ko đến được họ ok cho chuyển sang ngày khác mà ko mất phí. Hôm mình đi buổi tối cả khu có mỗi mình là khách. Mình ở bungalow nhìn ra hồ. Toàn bộ làm bằng tre nứa. Khuôn viên được chăm chút cắt tỉa cẩn thận. Không gian toàn tiếng ve côn trùng và tiếng gà gáy rất yên bình. Đồ ăn là thứ ở đây trồng đc rất tươi ngon. Đến đây chả muốn đi ra ngoài. Đúng chất nghỉ dưỡng.
