- phòng rất ẩm mốc - đã booking, nhưng khi đến check- in thì lại không có phòng available - ở 4 đêm, nhưng không có nhân viên dọn vệ sinh được 1 ngày. - không gian khu vực chung cũng rất bẩn - không xứng đáng với giá phải trả

1. They sold out their rooms but did not close sale, it resulted of my booking was confirmed without any notifications until I got to their property. I had to wait nearly 1 hour outside while they were trying to find a room for me at other property; They had sent me some place but the room qualification was under their room and could not reach my expectation. The service recovery was VND100,000 offered if I agree to stay in other property, so funny. And actually, I had to find other property by myself since I did not agree what they did to me. 2. They gave my personal number to the other one without my permission. What was the personal confidential? 3. Online review is never my habit but they said that they would accept any online reviews, therefore I completed what they challenged me. Since I think that I should alert everyone to consider before making the booking with this property. Online agent should get involved to resolve the issue. You can contact them to double check before contacting me. I need to be adequately compensated by online agent or hotel.

- phòng giống hình và tươm tất - phòng Dệt có view các hàng quán vỉa hè - gần khách sạn có mấy quán ăn Nhật (cần hỏi chị chủ mới biết quán ở đâu vì không có biển bảng) - không có tivi và tủ lạnh - nhà vệ sinh khá sạch sẽ

Nhà vệ sinh cũ, không được trang trí như hình chụp. Giấy vệ sinh rẻ tiền. Khăn tắm không được tẩy trắng, màu xám xịt. Có vẻ như chủ chỉ quan tâm đến việc trang trí để chụp hình, không quan tâm nhiều đến việc khách sẽ lưu trú và sử dụng dịch vụ cảm nhận như thế nào. Không gian sân thượng nóng. Chỉ có mấy bạn nhân viên là khá dễ thương.
