酒店工作人员非常可爱，房间宽敞舒适，虽然是4人间，但住5个人也不会太拥挤，虽然就在Bui Vien旁边，但也不吵，浴室也相当干净，我喜欢Cozy House

One of the best places to stay in, room was so spacious and reflected what was in the pictures which differs from a lot of hotels in the area which are economical with the truth in their pictures! Trang who was our receptionist was amazing, so lovely.

Great location -near Futa bus and Sinh tourist Restaurant open till late But very quiet inside our room (except 1morning, we hear the Lunar new year celebration around 10:00am) Nice service, you can book day tour at the hotel(but we had already book the cu chi tunnel half day tour at Sinh tourists before we arrived the hotel) We book the Car to airport at the hotel and everything go smooth (we don’t want to take the taxi by ourselves as our money had been stolen when we take taxi from airport to Ho chi Minh City......)

老建築重新粉刷。房間乾淨，但是杯子和煮水壼都沒在洗的，杯子留有口紅印、水壼有水沒倒掉。對面整天有賣法棍、旁邊有二家咖啡廳、超商和超市。旁邊就是Bùi Viện街，很熱鬧，有海鮮店、BBQ啤酒攤、PUB 滿滿人潮，但是會傳來音樂聲(怕吵的要考慮一下)。

The hotel itself was good, and the staff were very friendly. It is in a busy area within steps from "Walking Street". This is a go to kinda place full of excitment, with croweds of people taking in all the sights. You have bars right on the street edge, some with live music. Food venders and plenty of restaurants. Massage parlors and street hustlers selling anything from sunglasses to hats. The night time light show is awesome. And it goes most of the night, expect it to be noisy.

We were stuck on a situation getting our accommodation cancelled about 7 times and stuffed around by every place we went to. Busy period with most hotels sold Out. We stayed 5 nights as we essentially were desperate. Beds were big but they have the family rooms at the front of hotel where Vietnam has loud noise 24/7 and don’t sleep. Windows are thin which won’t block out sound. If u get a room towards the back u might be ok for sound. Curtains don’t block out sun. Shower was temperamental and no hot water or pressure on some days. It was cheap enough after being out of pocket from other places.
