沙攤好美雖然不適意游水,但在水清沙幼的沙攤上散步都是一大樂事.

自助早餐好味及豐富,每間餐廳都好有度假的感覺.舒適及窗外風景明媚.
還有酒店Spa,十分之推介在早上1:00pm之前有30% discount.我們做到睡得很香,只覺快樂的時間過得真快.

•Guests who have made bookings in this period are allowed to change their reservations to a later date or receive a refund for cancellation, according to Vinpearl’ s policy.
•Guests who planned to book a stay at Vinpearl including Vietnamese and foreigners arriving from overseas need to
Provide health certificates proving they are free of Covid-19 virus, issued by health authorities of Vietnam or originating countries within 2 days prior to departure date, or medical certificates of completion of 14-day quarantine period in Vietnam issued by Vietnam authorities.
Guests who can not provide the documents as mention above, will be required to sign an agreement to commit to the quarantine period of 14 days at Vinpearl. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Government of Vietnam, before commencing the period of stay previously booked. All costs associated with the quarantine period are paid for by guests. Vinpearl have the right to refuse guests who do not sign the quarantine agreement and will issue the refund where applicable.
•Following the order of the Government of Vietnam to temporarily close entertainment zones from March 24, 2020, VinWonders Nam Hoi An will stop receiving visitors until further notice; VinWonders Nha Trang, Phu Quoc & Safari Phu Quoc will stop receiving outside visitors and only receive guests staying at Vinpearl hotels who wish to visit the parks during their stay.
•During this period, Vinpearl have the right to provide guests’ information to coordinate with the authorities to prevent and control the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19).
Vinpearl are committed to taking strict measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests as well as the community. We highly appreciate your understanding and support. Together, we will overcome this challenging period and resume normal operations very soon.

It was not a pleasant journey during my stay as this villa cannot offer an automosphere like home.
Everything in the room cost money but bottle water. So pity not to earn satisfaction from customers.
More than that, the front desk did not respond immediately or even afterwards for the villa guests raise their requests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. At first glance, the property is stunning, but upon closer inspection, I was disappointed by the cleanliness. The bedsheets had mould, and there were noticeable gaps in the floorboards, which posed a safety risk—my friend nearly got hurt.
Additionally, the kitchen was not usable, which was unexpected for a villa. It's disappointing to find that you can't cook in a space that is supposed to have kitchen facilities.
On a positive note, when I brought these issues to the staff's attention, they addressed them promptly. I appreciate the good service, especially from Harry, who made our stay smoother and more enjoyable.
Given that this is a five-star chain, I expected higher standards of hygiene and maintenance from the start. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the responsiveness of the staff is commendable.

峴港6人Villa 選擇不多, 酒店設計比較舊式, 房間很大但是配套有點不足, 有小廚房但連基本餐具都沒有, 有時候外賣食物在房間吃非常不便。Villa內泳池面積很小, 只能夠玩水不足以游泳。酒店深夜Room Service 選擇非常之少,只有煎炸食物,味道一般。員工友善,早餐選擇多,整體可以接受。

I visited Vinpearl Da Nang Ocean Resort and Villas with 5 friends for 2 nights. The house we stayed in was huge and luxurious with 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets, a kitchen and a spacious living room. We enjoyed a great time here with the private swimming pool and the public one. We ordered room service at the midnight (as there wasn't any convenient store selling food nearby) and, surprisingly, the food ordered was nice and affordable.
The location was around 15 minutes away from the Danang city center and 30 minutes away from Hoi An. As the resort was huge, we traveled by golf cart to and from our villa and the lobby. But it always came by 7minutes so it was really convenient.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. A majority of them could speak English. But we were quite disappointed that we could not make a reservation for the spa package as the spa center could not arrange for us. Besides, when we booked this villa on the website, we thought that we were booking the one that was facing the beach (as the photo was showing the house with a beach). However, the fact was that the villa was only along the river.

Vinpearl is definitely the best choice to go with when you travel in Danang. Though at the very beginning, the miscommunication on accommodating a baby crib did make us quite frustrated, it did not harm the overall wonderful experience in Vinpearl.
We stayed in the 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. It would be better if we had the chance to stay in the villa facing their private beach. Vinpearl's private beach was clean and beautiful with soft and cozy sands surrounding. Staff was all nice and attentive. Breakfast buffet was good with quite a lot of choices mainly Vietnamese cuisine.
Kidsroom within the hotel was perfect for us to kill time after checking out waiting for the departure flight. Staff inside was very friendly to the kids.
I would definitely recommend groups or families with little children to choose Vinpearl. Would definitely come back if I come travel again in Danang.

This was a fantastic stay overall. The staff were amazing and were very attentive. My daughter loved the kids club. The hotel was fantastic but the villas are a little tired and the pool area needs attention. The breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend.
