Our room was very good, new, with air conditioning. Nice pool and breakfast prepared by this lovely people. Excellent quite location very near the walking part of Hoi An with cafes and restaurants and a mini market nearby. Overall we were very satisfied. Thanks so much

Rooms are large (we got two connecting room ). The cleanliness is above and beyond. All the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this villa. Affordable accommodation but with 4star feel to the room.

Bodde her i 4 netter og det var veldig fint. God frokost med mye man kan velge mellom. Det ligger veldig sentralt og man kan gå i ca 10 minutter for å komme inn til byen som er veldig praktisk. De ansatte var veldig imøtekommende og vennlige. Det var veldig vedlikeholdte rom og rent.

The host was super friendly and helpful, and the room was a nice size, but there was drywall falling from the ceiling in the shower and a neighbor dog that was barking constantly at all hours. I got tired of the walk/bike across the bridge into Old Hoi An.

Very easy to walk to the old towne. The staff was excellent!! Breakfast was individually made to order. You walk over a koi pond to enter the lobby. Small, personal place. I would highly recommend!

Owner spoke English well, helped us plan Cooking class, My Son excursion and transport to train station. The small pool was clean and inviting. I think it was recently renovated with beautiful wood beams. The rooms were modern, well appointed with nice big bathrooms. The breakfasts were a la carte and copious with fruits, pancakes, yogurt, eggs and bacon. Really very good. It was a ten minute walk to market, the attractions, the river with the lantern boats.
Very good quality for the price.

ホテルというよりもアットホームな感じで、ゆっくりできました。
アメニティは最低限ですが、用意していたので問題なし。201号室でしたが、部屋も広くきちんと清掃されています。
旧市街にも近く自転車を貸して頂けるので、ホイアンでの行動範囲が広がります。
住宅街にあるので最初は迷いますが、すぐに慣れました。
何よりも、スタッフの方皆さんが笑顔で感じがよく、なにかと気にかけてくれます。

이번 11일 여행중 가장 쌌지만 가장 만족스러운 호텔. 청결, 수영장, 조식(정말 맛있음!), 친절도 나무랄 구석이 없음. 올드타운 아줌마 걸음으로 걸어서 10분. 하지만 복잡한 다리 건너야 하고 처음 호텔 찾아갈때 골목에 있어 찾기가 좀 어려움. 익숙해지면 괜찬음.
