Friendly staff, great view, great hotel. At first I was a bit skeptical about the quality of the hotel itself since it's been many years since the hotel was first built, but they sure maintain it very well. Super clean too, spotless even for the balcony or the very corner of the shelf.

Simply perfect.

Hotel staffs are well trained and experienced, trying to be satisfied. Nice and friendly, butler service is a plus for guests. The only thing to improve is food ingredient. We tried Citron/Barefoot/Long bar, but none of them surprised us with fancy price. Except food, it’s definitely worth a 5 Star award.

房間十分舒適, 景觀一流. 員工接待有禮, 非常主動幫忙 在CITRON餐廳有位員工-THONG更主動用有限的廣東話介紹菜式和酒店趣事, 令整餐晚飯十分開心, 該員工值得加許

Overall experience in international sun peninsula resort is good , the people very friendly and helpful, since the weather is very bad , so I can’t able to enjoy and try the most of facilities in resort. But I tried two restaurants are very good and impressed with waiters. ( la Maison 1888 and barefoot ) the food and service are very good and delicious... But the resort location is a bit far away , when we have to go out to site seeing and the transportation fee is not cheap, but resort have arrange one shuttle bus to Hoi An twice a day ...

酒店十分美，酒店職員十分有禮貌，很樂於助人，酒店早餐選擇十分多，而且都很好吃，吃早餐的地方就是打卡位置。 酒店每天都有車往景點，所以也不用怕距離市中心太遠。 酒店的洗護用品是Harnn，總體來說，十分滿意

非常欣賞酒店的建築設計概念，充分融入大自然環境，每間餐廳各有特色，無論餐飲和員工服務都一流，完美的渡假體驗

酒店服務態度滿分，但酒店設計風格是以東南亞寺廟為設計元素，房間內燈光極暗，還有不少白面人頭公仔，感覺不安。酒店位於猴子島，有猴子自己開門入門取食物，嚇得我們整晚睡不好。我們住的是過千元美金的villa房型，價格整體來說不值，海灘也不是十分美麗，酒店到峴港市十分遠，峴港市也沒有什麼好地方，食海鮮不好吃又騙遊客，我們永不會再到峴港。

除了洗澡位置要突破心理，其他特別好,特別是lounge bar，拍照美翻了 價錢很合格 可以說是值了 可以直接叫接送車送你出纜車位 走出去真的很累哈哈 我們就是瘸

環境優美、位置偏遠、周圍缺乏食肆, 主要在房間點餐, 高級下午茶難吃, 床鋪令人痕癢

We got a sky level room and it was very nice views! The staffs are very friendly and the services were great!

As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at many different hotels in different cities and countries. This hotel comes close to being perfect (like the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok and Hong Kong). It is located in a breathtaking location with expansive view of the South China Sea. The architect cleverly combined Vietnamese and French design features with whimsical touches throughout the hotel. The onsite French restaurant was fantastic with fantastic staff. Visiting the hotel spa was a dramatic experience. The treatment room was set like a stage. The greatest asset of the hotel is its staff who are attentive and go out their way for their guests. E.g. I was waiting to board the hotel's mini cable car in the drizzle. A staff saw me and asked me to wait in the shade while he waited in the drizzle for the cable car and waved me over when the cable arrived. I had a sumptuous breakfast. Without me asking, a cup of tea with lemon showed up to help digestion. There was a mix up on buggy to transfer my luggage to the lobby on the day of check out. I gave my constructive feedback. The staff took action immediately to address the problem and insisted on paying for my transfer to the airport. No hotel can avoid hiccups in its operation. It is how a hotel recovers from its hiccup which is important. This one does a brilliant job at that.

The staff at the hotel are all super helpful and offer the best service they could. They all look cheerful and always make you feel you are a VIP there! Highly recommend!

住過亞洲各熱門景點的好酒店，我必須說洲際峴港的員工素質好到超過我的預期，他們對客人問題，意見的反應是即時且正面的，絕對會解決客人的問題，而且一定使你滿意。設施好，地點悠靜，食物好吃，我會推薦給大家，至峴港，必去的酒店。bare foot restaurant, great italian food snd excellent service.

All their staffs always put a great smile on their face. I want to especially praise Hung from The Long Pool for services going above and beyond! Seeing monkeys at our balcony also made our stay exciting. Definitely recommending this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a perfect getaway hotel with happy staffs everywhere.

我是一個熱愛挑選五星級酒店入住的住客，個人特別喜歡悅榕莊和四季酒店，不僅僅是酒店硬件非常好，服務也是非常棒！選擇洲際的時候，是考慮到它是峴港最值得入住的酒店。 到達後，的確覺得酒店非常漂亮，前台大堂、酒店的海灘、泳池，餐廳等等都非常棒，感覺在哪裏拍照都好看。但是服務沒有感覺到五星級的服務。 我們從香港出發到達後有點早，到了酒店後，前台很熱情的介紹我們可以到餐廳坐坐吃點東西，酒店還送了兩杯免費飲品給我們，由於我們有點餓，希望order一點食物結果被告知必須12點才能下單，而且這個條件非常硬，我們11點59分想著可以先下單，結果被告知還有一分鐘無法下單（當時真的非常無奈）。 房間設施還不錯，就是一個問題，燈光非常暗，晚上就在漆黑中度過，結果我和朋友只能早早睡覺。 最後就是服務，全程除了在餐廳，我沒有感受到自己在一家五星級酒店，服務員不夠熱情，配套設施不夠（特別是接駁車的安排）。
