Vị trí khu phố cổ thuận tiện cho việc đi bộ ra Hồ Gươm, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn, quán cafe giá cả hợp lý, nhân viên lễ tân, nhân viên phục vụ rất vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, lễ phép, luôn tươi cười với khách hàng, phòng gia đình rộng rãi như hình quảng cáo, bữa ăn sáng không quá nhiều món ăn nhưng đầy đủ, món phở thật ngon, nói chung tôi đánh giá về khách sạn 10/10, có dịp quay lại Hà Nội tôi sẽ trở lại khách sạn này.

有使用機場接駁， 飯店來的信件中把接駁的地點寫的極為詳細，完全不用擔心出機場後會找不到接駁的司機。 有跟飯店訂下龍灣一日遊的行程，是直接到飯店接送的，所以只要時間到到飯店櫃檯集合即可。行程內容很棒，導遊很專業服務很好，船上的餐點也很好吃～ 住宿地點蠻熱鬧的，步行五分鐘有circle k，附近吃的也很多，鄰近還劍湖，週末有夜市。 飯店服務人員很熱情，早餐的餐點雖然選擇不多，但新鮮好吃！飯店不是很新，不過乾淨整潔，基本該有的都有了。 以這樣的價格，come 值真的很高～

位置不錯，步行到還劍湖及老城區大根10分鐘左右，十分方便 酒店所有員工都很有善，有禮，熱情。 可以房間衛生一般，滿佈塵埃，浴簾發霉 重點是沒有熱水洗澡⋯⋯⋯結果，唯有忍一下

The hotel itself is a bit dated, with a few furniture being worn out. For instance, the cabinet knobs are missing and the toilet roll holder broke twice, Also, the cleanliness of the bedding is not desirable, with occasional black marks and even blood stains while we have not used them yet. However, the hotel staff are quick to respond to all the issues politely. Finally, one bright spot is that the breakfast is quite good with a few selection and some extra food that can be ordered from the menu for free. Overall, given the low price, it is still a nice hotel with good service.

ホテルのスタッフの方々が皆さんどなたもとても感じが良く、お部屋も広く、清潔でした。 空調もちょうど良く、朝食もおかゆや果物などバラエティーに富んでいて美味しかったです。 ベッドはちょうど良い硬さでした。 旧市街のすぐ近くなので歩いてでかけることができましたし、ハロン湾ツアーもホテルまで迎えにきてくれました。 Wi-Fiも完備されていました。 空港の行き帰りもフライトに合わせて送迎頂き（7人乗り35USD）初めてのベトナムでしたが、安心して行けました。 スタッフさん達の笑顔や声かけが本当に爽やかで幸せな気分になりました。ありがとうございました😊
