度假村的工作人员非常热情友好，给出详细而温和的指示，带我们从一个区域到另一个区域，不会让客人单独行动或自行寻找路线。每次见面，朋友总会向我们打招呼。自助早餐相当不错，蛋糕美味，食物丰富。房间干净、明亮。度假村的海滩很美。早上出去看日出，下午出去拍照打卡，都很美。不过有时候海面上会有树叶但是这不是问题，海水还是很干净的。除了度假村内的餐厅外，您还可以前往安泰镇中心，那里有很多美味且方便用餐的餐馆。从度假村到市中心需要提前预定出租车，往返500公里。避免单独前往，通过 Grab 预订。超级贵。特别推荐大家来这里。

這個酒店和萬豪酒店是共用同一個沙灘，离萬豪非常近所以也可以到萬豪打卡和用餐。沙灘的狀況很好沙很細。也有不同的水上活動設施提供。泳池很大有好幾層，比普通酒店單個泳池多。這個價格來說性價比非常高。如果不是一定要格調特別的裝修，想要找一個適合一家人玩和放鬆的酒店，這個就很適合。想要景觀好對著海的話推薦套房。

I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the staff use swear words and you can hear them talk in the kitchen. - not very civilized. A lifeguard also talks on the phone to invite his relatives from the public beach to come over to the hotel to use its facilities - very unprofessional. The hotel should introduce perhaps a paper wristband to distinguish hotel guests from unregistered guests.

1.체크인시 방안에 개미가 돌아다니고 있었음 2.사전 안내없이 공사를 진행해서 공사소리때문에 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 없었음 3. 선배드에서 주문할때 직원 실수로 주문이 이중으로되서 음식이 많이 주문되는 상황이 발생하였음 위치는 좋고 해변도 예쁘고 샤워필터도 별로 더러워지지 않았음 여러가지 환경은 좋으나 디테일이 부족해보임

Ok opphold. Jeg hadde høyere forventninger til et 5- stjerners hotell. Personalet er veldig lite åpensinnet. Alt er veldig firkantet og regulert etter regler (og det er det veldig mye av). Trodde først at det var slik kulturen var, men nå har jeg også bodd en uke på et annet hotell, og der er servicen helt topp. Bra frokost med mye utvalg. Bassengområdet og stranden er det som løfter opp hele hotellet. Vi bodde i penthouse, og det var ok. Fin utsikt og kult interiør. På to soverom er det 10 kleshengere totalt. Veldig dårlig med hyller og skuff å oppbevare klær. Det er veldig skuffende! Største skuffelsen var Club house restauranten. Meget dårlig akustikk som gjorde at det ble for høyt lydnivå og slitsom å spise der. Vi bodde der i 7 netter og spiste der kun 1 gang. Ingen underhold eller show på kveldstid. Et kjedelig hotell dersom man ikke skal bare bade, spise og sove. Vi kommer dessverre ikke tilbake.
