The location is strategic, close to the main area with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, massage parlors, and nightlife fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable, but the bathtub is the plus point of all.

Great value for the price. The hotel included a jacuzzi bath and air conditioner for my unit. Basic amenities were included, but electricity would shut off if you used too much. Also, the room walls needed cleaning when I was there. Otherwise, the location is great (the hotel is inside a Japanese sub district next to a Sukiya and Familymart).

第一个房间太糟糕了，我不得不要求换一个，因为浴室没有热水，光线很差，只有一盏灯能用，他们似乎根本不关心修理浴室、客厅和卧室的灯（超过 4 盏灯坏了）。衣柜里有脏东西和安全套，因为从来没有打扫过。空调根本不能给房间降温。卧室的门很烂，我根本关不上卧室的门。和照片上完全不一样。我换了另一个房间，更干净，但仍然没有热水。有些灯能用，有些不能用。卧室的光线很差，只有一盏灯能用。我告诉他们修，工作人员答应修，但在我入住的 4 天里从未修好。没有取消选项，所以只好忍受。永远不会再去那里了。

房间里弥漫着一股烟味，让我头疼。衣柜里如果有很浓的蟑螂气味，里面可能有蟑螂窝。泰文龙街是一条繁忙的街道，车辆来往频繁，喇叭声也很多，但是房间隔音效果很差，晚上睡觉都被汽车喇叭声吵醒。

I only stayed here for 3 nights, bringing my wife and 7-month-old baby. I did not expect the hotel/apartment room to be that big. It's rare to have a place where they also have a kitchenette inside. It's empty, but you can buy groceries, put everything in the refrigerator and cook. But hey, it's Vietnam. Unless you're staying for the long term, why would you be cooking? I chose this place because my wife needs to cook for my baby. Despite the place being exactly in the centre of the city and in front of the hotel there are many bars, it's not that noisy. Even my baby can still sleep soundly, add to that we got the room facing the main street. Anyway, it's a great place with great value. And, not to forget, all the front staff were kind and spoke English well. I'm really happy with their service. Will probably recommend my family to come and stay here next time.

Mình đặt studio 40m2 đưa mình vào phòng 10m2 mình nói đưa mình lại phòng studio có 20m2 mà ghi trên app 40m2 . Mình nói cứ cãi phong 40m2 trong khi chưa được 20m2 .. đổi sang phòng 55m2 nhưng thực tế 35m2 .. phòng bẩn , khăn tắm cũ , không nước lọc .. hôi hám .. điều hoà hỏng phải mượn quạt .. mọi người đặt lên cân nhắc . 😡

Nói chung là tạm ổn, set up khăn trong phòng ít, ở 2 người mà hôm đầu check in trong phòng có duy nhất 1 chiếc khăn tắm. Dịch vụ giặt là khá bẩn. Được cái vị trí nằm ở khu trung tâm dễ di chuyển. Bảo vệ thì hời hợt, mũ treo ở xe bị mất cũng chỉ kêu không biết chứ không thèm quan tâm gì luôn, khách đi tìm thì thấy treo ở xe khách khác Không chống ồn, vẫn nghe thấy tiếng các phòng khác ồn ào

Lúc đầu đưa cho tôi 1 phòng không giống như trong khi đặt và khi chúng tôi khiếu lại và yêu cầu đúng phòng đã đặt thì lại nói lý do đó không biết ai đưa ảnh đó lên. Nói qua 1 hồi và sau khi biết tôi không phải mới đặt lần đầu hay ít đặt thì đã đổi cho tôi sang phòng khác rộng hơn.nhưng chăn và ga giường thì vẫn có nhiều vết mặc dù đã thay mới.
