Highly Recommended – Perfect Stay by the River We had an amazing stay at River View Homestay. The kindness of the family made us feel truly welcome, always attentive beyond just breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bedroom and an immaculate bathroom. The location is ideal—just 2 minutes from Tam Coc center, yet peaceful by the river, with great restaurants and cafés nearby. A perfect mix of hospitality, comfort, and serenity—highly recommended!

The best place to stay in Tam Cox. The location is ideal, beautiful grounds. The staff are incredibly friendly. They laundered our clothes, and arranged drivers for us as well.

Great property! I loved everything about my stay here:) The location is on the far side of then lake (5 min walk to town center) so it is a bit quieter. The property is right in the lake so you can watch the boats go by. The room was spacious and clean with great toiletries. The rooms all have access to the outdoor space which has tables, chairs and loungers. Breakfast was slightly different everyday which was nice and came with seasonal fruit. I used the (very reasonably priced) laundry service and everything came back clean and nicely folded. You can also rent motorbikes or bicycles and someone from the family will happily assist you in planning your day. The property and family at this Homestay are wonderful and I highly recommend!
